Vespa GTS 300 Cannonball test ride to Suches GA [part 1] 

I recently acquired this 2010 GTS 300 Super for the purpose of running in the 2023 Scooter Cannonball next year. I've been trying to get to know the bike, and outfitting it with some accessories for the trip. I decided to take a last minute, impromptu trip up to Two Wheels of Suches motorcycle campground in north Georgia to give a shakedown ride.
This is the first part, which is a lot of talking through how I feel this scooter is doing, and what it is like touring on it. If you just want to see some cool roads, skip ahead using the chapter points to the section from Dahlonaga to Suches which was a really good road.
