Your passing on tips in these vids that took me years to learn! So important not to pull the crank through with the conrod dangling down, using an old clutch centre instead of a hammer or a plate across the casing clutch side to draw the crank thru the bearing, the importance of the depth of the clutch side oil seal where it'll often rub the bearing when drifted home unless filed and how thin the casing is in that one spot where it's so easy to break through. I had to teach myself and made all the mistakes!
Haven't we all been there. The drive side oil seal on any px is a weak spot.I would advise everyone to avoid a hammer anywhere near the crank, I have the tools to check alignment, but it's a dark art and I avoid trying to show it. 😉
@@Sw11nxn hi there's a guy on RU-vid called fmp,I think it's for freaky moped, he builds all the scooters with tuned engines, usually tells you what the short falls are with each kit, my choice would be either latest pinasco or malossi. 30hp would also need clutch and gearing to be changed as well as a good crankshaft.
