My god. This is literally one of the best sensory experiences of my life. I am in utter awe of the fact that they captured psychedelia in a music video so perfectly. I have never seen another video like it.

So I've never done video edting but I guess its a combination of: Pre-edited footage including deep art, glitched, mirrored, and filtering, synced to particular frequencies of the music, manually faded in and out using synced masks, manual choreography, and some large layers that are majority off canvas and are positionally transformed while visible or hidden. Blending modes such as multiply, lighten, overlay, etc are doing most of the heavy visual work, with some post processing.
