This video is extremely outdated now. I’ll start making an updated guide. Vesteria is currently working on a big map revamp update which is why I’m waiting to make the updated guide.
It is outdated but I made a new slot after this became outdated (did the things that the video said) ( I did bug the game to get past the Nilgarf guard but besides that there was no difference.
Alpha player here, and I greatly appreciate this. I’ve seen So many People say this games sucks just because they don’t understand. Thanks for making this for the newbies who might enjoy this game as much as I do!
Vesteria desperately needs a tutorial, i see so many people join and ask "how do i play" then immediately leave because they can't find the first quest
@@pretzel3779 That's what happened with me, joined the game, didn't know what to do. I almost thought to leave, but gave it another chance since I liked the style of the game and joined the discord (which is even more useless than the actual in game chat, the trade spamming is just too much) And now I'm here trying to look up what to do
@@wr245g9 Very true, however it feels better sometimes when there's no tutorial or guidance in the game that forces you to do quests in order or smth because the player gets more freedom to explore. Ofc, most ppl don't agree because they like it when games tell you how to do everything in order and stuff, which kinda ruins the self-adventure aspect.
0:13 So true, I just see a lot of people just spam in chat “how do I play”, and then a few seconds later they just leave. Or they develop initial impressions like “ehh I’m bored from whacking chickens”, and they miss out on the entire rest of the game because they believe the game is just about leveling up from chickens.
I agree. Getting to the Warriors Hideout was a pain in my arse, they need to implement a minimap in the next few updates because of how easily it is to get lost in this game.
Tip for level 11-16, if you're having a hard time farming the scarecrows because nobody wants to party with you or you're still too weak, I recommend going to the sewers because there's a place where you can farm bats where they can't hit you, look it up plus it gives lots of EXP
@@DIESELBALLS yes they are also there but there a another way to where you can go behind grandma baker house at sea side and you see a lake go there and there a another sewer enter
Updates! -The wheel now exists. Can be found in mushroom forest. -They changed Mushtown. Should be easier to find your way around. -They got rid of the death penalty -They also made some changes to the beginning so you won’t level after the first couple of quests. This is fine, just go to mushroom forest and kill baby shrooms. That's all!
I'm happy there's no death penalty, it goes easier on new players who have to learn without an in game tutorial, and I don't have to worry about fighting dangerous enemies with lots of money
tysm. exactly what u said in the beginning, my friend joined the game and left cuz he didn't know where to go he was lost and he didn't know what to do

Pro gameing tips (only for pro gemers, who already has one p r o character): 1: start new character 2: run to nilgarf (no need in quests) 3: sell items from strorage and buy nilgarf rune 4: go to sewers and farm battys that cant even hit you 5: ask someone to sell you mage/hunter/warrior rune for 25-50s 6: choose class 7: keep killing battys until lvl 20-22 8: who needs spider queen when you can kill some monkeys that have spears 9: keep grinding 10: KEEP GRINDING 11: choose subclass at lvl 30 12: k e e p g r i n d i n g 13: K E E P G R I N D I N G 14: at lvl 40 go to the pit and get some epik items from slimes 15: store them at nilgarf storage 16: *r e p e a t*
@@Rehoblack at port fidelio u can waste 100 silver to go to boat that will take you to forsaken island after a long time of waiting, and slime pit is idk watch tutorials
8:13-14:52 Welp for lvl 10-30: *if you got any experience at kiting monsters already* (which would simply be going around them and hitting them, common stuff for warriors i would say) i reccommend trying the *sewers. Where the exp from ratties* will be crazy good (you will need help from higher lvls to make the process faster but don't worry as many players grind there being lvl 20+) in just about 30-45 mins you should be able to reach lvl 20, then go grab some gear (if you need money just get some golden mushrooms from the Mush Apoc tbh). Then just try going at servers with less players, until you can hold on your own against the ratties and simply do it until lvl 30. Then you will be pretty much done with the sewers and become able to start a new adventure at forsaken island with your recently acquired sub class and new equips. Ps: This is the path i did as a knight in my first slot and shouldn't be considered a guide at all. And welp, prob there's better ways after lvl 20 but this was the one which made me more confortable and wanted to share.
Welllll I'm fucked because the moment I joined, I ran right past mushtown, right past the begginers quest and straight into mushroom forest with my stick and no armor :'D
thank you so much, I was a beta tester and I got to max level (30) before all the major updates and I stopped playing for a while and got completely lost 😅 I really do love this game but I have no clear objectives so it kind of sapped the fun out of it
Update to everyone who is watching this: - When you start the game, you'll spawn in Scruff's Farm. But that's fine, follow the video and do the scruff's quests part 1 like usual. When you get to Scruff's Quest part 2, walk through the teleporter to Mushtown. - The teleporter to Mushroom Forest is in a different spot. In the town center, just walk past the shopkeeper and the guard, and follow that path to reach the teleporter. Please do not spam in the comments saying this guide is a lie or anything. If you notice, this guide was uploaded awhile ago, so it's reasonable to see that things have changed and certain parts of the guide may be outdated.
There’s a lot of comments that are generally confused but I just want to add that this video helped me out so much. Also, Mac support seems to work! No issues so far from when I last played.
I’m a big fan of adventuring anime, I actually wanted to be the characters in those anime and when I played this game it just made me really happy since I could actually be like those anime characters in some way. The old wheel quest triggerer me like hell though, I had to jump on those bouncing mushrooms and it took 2 hours for me to just get that damn wheel.
I just started playing it and even though it's a bit confusing for newcomers, it's pretty great once you get the hang of it. It's kinda sad how some newbies don't know how to play the game early on and quit..
If you didn’t know, if you can’t get in nilgarf because of a low level if you go to the rocks on the right and climb them you can get to a point where you can jump the wall and get in!
Apparently it only happens to a few of us ... But, it won't even let me start the first mission, I can't, I tried everything but it won't let me take it
My cousin loves playing games with me but she saw I was playing this new game, vesteria(I’m level 30 by the way) and she tried to play it and she said she didn’t like it because she didn’t know what to do and she wanted to get cool armor and clothing but she didn’t know how. This video will help her a lot. Great vid!
for the clearing, when you reach the wall, run to the right. there should be a BIG boulder you can go over to go on the wall and jump over and behind the city guard.
While this may be outdated it’s still very confusing when your told “go here then run here” and he cuts the. Video and doesn’t show you how or anything around on how to get there
A new quick money tip for level 15+: There’s a chest at Shiprock Bottom that gives 1 gold (1000 silver). However, you have to solve a decoder by going around the map and searching for 4 Strange Stones that will tell you the code to open the decoder.
@@batwing9848 Thanks for the heart! I also want to say something, I opened an alt to play vesteria and when I completed all mayor noah's quests, i noticed that he told me to train more if i want to help him, and when i went back at level 14-ish he gave me a quest about killing the chad.
i felt that. I've bought things that went free not long after as well. Most of them were GTA games going free for a short time right after I bought them..
another fact ther this is also a bigginers guide to level up to level 30 in 3 days so first you do mush room thing quest things and then you go to scallop shores until your level 14 then after level 14 grind at the sewers at nilgarf it would be more eazy to level up if oyur a hunter or a mage after your level 20 go to the spider queen dungeon in tree of life and keep doing the spider queen until level 30 [max level] now oyur level 30 you wana go to max level max level is level 49 now grind at forsaken ile until your level 35 and after level 35 go to the pit in the sewers and ther you could grind at the pit to level up [i just talked about how to level up ]
i just started playing vesteria and while searching up how to do a quest this popped up, and im glad it did because it made me go from level 11-20 (currently)
This is kind of my personal way of progressing, but it might be somewhat difficult to pull off for the average player: Lv 1: Do quests till you hit lv 3, then get double slash, and either rock throw or magic missile depending on your build. Lv 3: Get 5 silver via selling apples (there's a tree for that somewhere around Mushtown, up a hill.), and run over to Port Fidelio (you can locate this by finding Seaside Path, the sandy, out of place, portion of land bordering the edge of the Mushtown map region, running along the beachside, into Scallop Shores, locate the Hunter Outpost in the jungle region, and follow the path up to Port Fidelio), and buy yourself a Nilgarf Rune off of someone for 5 silver. If you attempt to go to Nilgarf via normal means, do it at lv 8, because City Guard Brutus, being the absolute gentleman he is, will, out of "good conscience" flip you like and omelet, killing you in the process, and send you flying back into the Mushroom Forest if you're below that level. Pop the rune, find and go into the sewers, navigate your way to the pit, and rock throw/magic missile a big slime. Instant +3-8 levels. Not even 15 mins in, and you can already choose a class. Continue doing so until you reach around level 25. Choose your class at the respective locations via either the Great Crossroads, which are accessible via one of Nilgarf's exits, (Redwood Pass -> Warrior's Stronghold, Enchanted Forest -> Tree of Life, or Seaside Path -> Scallop Shores -> Port Fidelio) or via Taximan Dave. Once you're done, take the Taxi over to Tree of Life, where you're gonna spend the next hour or so farming. Lv 25: Now is just a matter staying at the spider queen dungeon's extrance, and asking to be partied. It might take a minute or two for someone to invite you, but trust me, someone definitely will. Hopefully, one of your members will be level 40+, in which case, things will progress much more swimmingly. *Do not risk your life trying to complete the second room.* Just focus on getting to the exit, and avoid all spiders/spiderlings that come after you, especially the giant/supergiant variants. In the boss room, stand back and spam rock throws/magic missiles to ensure loot. Continue doing this until level 30 for your subclass. If you're a mage, it's highly recommended to pick up the Webbed Staff before proceeding, as it deals extremely high DoT damage for those with multi mana bomb, and still a significant amount for those who don't. Lv 30: Once you've chosen your subclass, you should already have around 100 silvers, if not more, from farming the dungeon. Buy a Wayfarer Ticket in Port Fidelio, board the Wayfarer, and wait to be teleported to the Forsaken Isle. Assuming you can survive until the boss spawns, and dies, you should be able to earn all of the silvers you spent on the ticket, plus an extra 300 silver if you dealt enough damage and even rare drops if you're lucky. Continue doing this until level 40. Lv 40: At this stage of the game, you have a few options: you can either continue farming Forsake Isle, carry others in the spider dungeon, or head to the pits once again, except this time, you're actually properly geared, and don't look like that one single digit freeloader amongst the other high levels. If you chose the latter option as a mage subclass, farm until you get the Slime Infused Hat. Very good end game headgear for mages. Paladins can farm there for the Barrel Hammer, which boosts rebuke damage in exchange for a lack of knockback, and knights can farm there for the Artifact Ageis. which is a shield. Another alternative is to run the gauntlet, and complete the Lost Palace quest. Doing so will reward you with some exceptionally good endgame weapons. Mages are highly recommended to do this for the Astrologist Staff, since the weapon converts magic missile projectiles into high damaging stars, essentially converting you into a certain star spammer, featured in almost every one of a certain Japanese Bullet Hell game. Lv 49: Congrats, you've hit the current level cap! Now you can spend the rest of your time completing side quests, carrying oblivious spider dungeon runners, retire as a fisherman, or as I did, take the painful route and proceed to max every other file on your current account, and on your alts too once you're done with that. Now it's just a matter of waiting for the devs to increase the level cap by 20 to reach that magic number that over 80% of the community members are waiting for. Anyway, this is all I have to share as of this date, and I wish you luck powerleveling. Cheers!
Not sure if someone already said this but for the apple quest. You can go inside one of the houses on mushtown ( the door is located at the back) and the chest there will give you 15 apples for easy completion of the quest.
This video was super useful, thanks a lot👍:) A rlly good, informative video, just liked and subbed, and pls can u make a part two I would love to see it thanks💖💞
you can get to nilgarf at level 1, by walking around the gate in clearing, which i recommend because sewers give lots of exp for smacking something and it dying to someone else. even if you and your stick do zero damage, as long as the hp bar appears, you'll get exp when that enemy dies. don't invest ur points yet so u can get the stat reset. for that, only investing 1 point then scramble 5 times. then go to forsaken. to get money for these, open the chest on top of nilgarf bank and chest on the balcony of a house you can go into on the very right path from forest entrance, then sell the skill reset u get, make sure to take into account the 30% tax, too. don't sell it for too high, can check fandom page and/or ppl tell u what current max price for things are. as of right now it's 500s max
Just something I would change: DONT sell the rubee eye, they are pretty rare and you can use it to get a rubee halo at lvl 25 or so, this is one of the best gears in the game, so keep it yw
