Vestibulitis! 

Absolutely LOVE your videos! So informative and they've been instrumental in me finally reaching my own diagnosis of hormone-mediated vestibulitis, brought on by natural menopause. Unfortunately I can't access Intrarosa where I am, so am looking at getting a compounded testosterone/estradiol cream. Would love to know the recommended hormone concentration and dosage that you typically prescribe as I can't find a specialist here who's familiar with this topic.

Dr. Babb, would a nerve block (not Botox) injection help calm “overactive” vestibular nerves for a time? If so, what nerve block medication does a gynecologist typically use? And can this procedure be done in the office?
