Completely agree!! My dad made it home from Vietnam but it killed him just the same at 48. Cancer caused by agent orange. My daughter signed a check to the US, up to & including her life & she's a vet now. She married a fish eating, ball bouncer who is now a dev & he could be killed any day. Our flags cover the caskets of those KIA. That alone should make our flag sacred!!!

This song and video brought up feelings I've been trying to tamp down. Suicidal assaults against tyranny would make my wife too unhappy, and the VA only just diagnosed me with PTSD(13 years after the fact...). Gotta be disciplined. But this feeling, this notion will never die. The American ideal is one that will exist as long as we do. Alright, back to my breathing exercises. And maybe clean my rifle again, sort my ammo maybe. Damn.

I have a veteran family. Both grandfathers, dad, 2 brothers, and 1 sister. The only people who never served were my mom and I. My mom pasted away in 2020 and if she saw what America has become, she would be so... pissed. She is a Southern woman who had flags and support our troops signs everywhere.
