Vilo offers you the V7 cage bank, an arrangement of 7 cages, perfect for all the needs of the veterinary industry. It measures 8 point 8 feet long by 5 point 2 feet tall.
The lower level has 3 cages: 38, 37, and 29 inches long by 31 inches high. The upper level has 4 cages: two 27 and two 25 inches long by 26 inches high.
Each cage is made from 20 gauge type 304 stainless steel. They feature 1-inch full-radius corners on all sides and a polished finish for easy cleaning.
The doors are made with 5/16 and 3/16 inch diameter rods, also in stainless steel 304. All horizontal and vertical intersections are welded, guaranteeing greater strength to the structure.
The vertical rods are closer together near the latches to prevent pets from trying to open them or scratching you while opening them. The doors can be easily removed for cleaning.
The 304 stainless steel latch system is 1/8 inch thick and closes by gravity. It has two separate locking points for added security. The hole at the bottom allows you to attach a padlock.
The cage arrangement includes a rectangular tube base with 6 locking casters. Adjusting the screw on the wheels levels the platform along with the three cages on the lower level.
The front of the cages is made of a stainless steel sheet that is bent forming a closed frame. It is fully welded and polished, with no weak corners or sharp edges. This construction allows the front support of the units to be much stronger and reliable than other models in the industry.
At the back of the cages, we have a height adjustment system, with two continuous thread screws that allow the upper level units to be correctly leveled. It must be leveled correctly so that fluids do not pour out the front of the cages. The floors of the cages are slightly bent in the shape of an x to concentrate the fluids in the center.
The fittings can be easily removed. We use stainless steel allen head screws, which allow for greater tightening and are much more durable and reliable than phillips drive style screws.
You will be able to dismount the cages with ease no matter how much time has elapsed since they were installed.
The nuts on the front frame of the cages have been welded to the caudal aspect of this frame for easy threading from the front of the cages.
