The portion that was dispensed in your review looks like a lot more than 1/4 cup. Are the portions you set the feeder to actually accurate? My cat needs to lose weight and my vet wants me to feed an accurate amount per day. Also, the cat eats dental kibble which are quite large. Will they get stuck in this feeder? Thanks!
Actually the newer version goes down specifically to 1/8 of a cup. You have to get a special setting and cup on it to work, but I use this on my own cat and did measure to compare. It really depends on the size of the kibble, so you do have to make sure the kibble diameter is < than a certain size to be accurate as per the recommended directions.
hey doc i’m not sure if you still see this but my dog is breathing very hard and almost sounds like she is whining this happened befor and she had rubber in her but this sound worse plz reply soon thank
I've tried several different types of litter, and still prefer the Litter Robot's litter. Otherwise, a dust-free, traditional clumping. I don't recommend a non-clay one, as the clumps aren't as strong and it accumulates a lot of moisture in the pan. If you are tech savvy, I recommend the Litter-Robot 3 Connect so you can check how often your cat is using it via the app. If you're not tech savvy and not going to use the app, you can use the regular LR3. :) Hope that helps!
Hi dr , my cat ( 3years ) once in while he would be running and suddenly he sits or drop in the floor and start to breath heavily as if he is too old and too tired or something and after 1 min he gets up and act normal , he has been doing this for about 3 weeks now , otherwise he seems normal , Can you help me please ?
Our biggest requirement is having the ability to do a manual feed when we are not home or rather not connected to the wifi. Based on the specs it seems like that's possible. Can anyone confirm this? So far I've been unable to get a hold of their customer support after a few emails.
Hi Kevin! Without a product being connected to WiFi, you can't remotely perform any functions on any household item. BUT, you can remotely feed your pets if connected to wifi. Or if they’re home, they can press the manual feed button or do it by app. Without wifi, all functions continue to work based on the last setting it received.
