This guy is a dead ringer for your classic New York born CT residing old timer. This guy makes me miss where I grew up, this is the kind of guy you learn so many things from in the trades it’s amazing. Learned so much woodworking from a guy just like him, got me started into working in the trades.
For around 20 years doing electrical work... changing tool bag / boxes, and never been satisfied... Until I saw an advertisement for Veto Pro Pac bags, it was tech-xl (it cost me a small fortune to buy and ship to Lebanon, plus tax) but I still using that tell now and I can tell you in my opinion it is the icon of tool bags and it saved me a lot of time and effort.. , Roger many thanks for Veto bags, and I wish that you consider our area for marketing such a great bags Keep it up

It took me 7 years of seeing your products in a few of my supply houses before I finally decided to spend the money. Sadly my Klein back pack with $1,200 in tools and meters was stolen out of my truck bed while I was working on a rooftop in downtown Birmingham. When I went to replace it I tuned to the Tech XL and one smaller open bag you make, and I'll never look back. Absolutely amazing products!
Brother Roger! I had the opportunity to buy an XL many years ago for $129 but I decided to wait till 2013 when it was $199. I’m a retired HVAC service mechanic. I have 6 Vetos and used to have 8. I spent more on the other guys bags than I ever did on Veto. Thank you for a great product. One of the few in this day and age. Have a great evening. God bless.

Currently carry an MB MCT for my electrical hand tools, and two mbctxl’s for everything not in pelicans. Riggers bag just ordered for working on a 150’ mast. Thank you for putting out such amazing products, the marine bag line is awesome.

Fantastic video! Great job seeing this through. Your tools bags combine visibility, accessibility and protection all in one. I own the TECH-MCT Marine and its a not too small and not too large for my electrical contracting needs. I have a TECH-MC too but the lack of extra height makes it better suited for smaller/rarely used tools.

Nicely done! Great story of creativity and persistence. I worked as a product design engineer for over 35yrs and I can say these are the finest bags available. Sir, thanks for giving us the history of your amazing product. I bought an LC about 9 years ago and have been using it everyday. It shows little or no signs of wear other than the material has softened. I love how accessible everything is and how much you can actually get in one of these. For anyone wondering, these are worth the money. You will wear out before these bags will.
Recently came across Veto Pro Pac while looking for tools and tool bags for my sons 18th B-Day. They looked pretty darn heavy duty compared to the stuff at local stores, so I took the leap of faith. Hoping the bag & apron last him for many years.
@@LordDeadSpider you get the waist one with the boxed pockets I did be keen on fit for him it was big on me had to have it sewed up on the band to get it to be able to tighten around me instead of sliding down at maximum tension And I am a waist size 34 just an FYI still quality built product👍
@@christianlemus6483 I got him the TA-XLBX apron and then XXL-F bag. The apron does have box style pockets. I do not think he adjusted the apron for fit yet nor loaded it out with his tools as his boss took an extended holiday vacation. I may need to get him to do that just to be sure.
I own several of your products and everyone performs magnificently, with that said; your customer service is awesome. Ben did a fantastic job of resolving a repair/replacement issue. No fuss just professionalism and direct action. That security is why I invest in VETO!!
These bags are head and shoulders above anything else on the market. So they cost more than other bags but you get what you pay for, and these bags will last longer than anything else no question about it. Thanks Rodger.
Funny that the tool bag companies said the price point would be too high... everybody buying expensive tools (even cheaper tools add up) and throwing them into insufficient $20 bags! I backed over my first veto pro pac LC (by accident) with my fully stocked and loaded extended plumbing van and not one tool inside was damaged! Other than it destroying the zipper on one side, the bag was fine also. I bought that bag because it looked cool and very well built... I kept buying Veto because THEY ARE! Great origin story!
Veto are the only bags I can truly use, the set up options are perfect. I use the Veto OT-LC and with the open side I have 4 PB5 bags to keep small connections and bother bits and bobs 🇮🇪
What a great video.... im a huge Veto addict. Currently own 9 Veto bags, i had 12 at one time. Just ordered the TP-XXL cuz.....well why not. I do HVAC, oil, gas, plumbing, etc. Veto bags changed my productivity! Thank you Roger for creating these! My question is how did you come up with the name Veto?
I just heard about these today, found out about the xxl-f and I’m hooked! Ordered just now and pick up tomorrow! Not cheap! But neither is losing tools, playing ’hunt the tool’ doubling up on tools etc. I actually made an old wooden one as apprentice and used that for many years as a young carpenter, I still have it , not in use but. I’m excited! Is there any info/ideas about efficiency in loading it up / ideas behind pockets etc. or do you have to wing it. All tool bags/ boxes I’ve had, and it’s a LOT! You have to wing it

Best bags in the business. Ive got three of them. My tech xl I’ve had for 7 years and its still a great bag. You just have to remember to lube up the zippers once in a while.

I watched this whole origin video and I still don’t understand: 1. The name of the company, what does it mean 2. Does he own and run the company or did he sell it, retire and become an employee that is the spokesperson? How do they maintain their crazy high quality (in China!!) when everything else in the world is turning into garbage (from BMWs to Snap On Tools ect…)?
Veto I heard once stands for VERTICAL ENGINEERED TOOL ORGANIZATION. I could be wrong but I swear it was in a catalog somewhere over the years. I’m sure just like a lot of companies, they have strict standards for their mfg they chose in china. I’d feel better if it was Taiwan. And of course USA would be fantastic.
