is the cold drink button like a standby button to keep the slushy cold once its made?

Hi, I have the same machine. When I filled up the bowl and tried to put the lid on it came off completely and the liquid went everywhere. This happened twice. Any advice or idea on what I could be doing wrong?

Have to "lock-in" the bottom front of the tub to the machine.

My fans for the 2 of the bowls comes on and goes right back off why? The first bowl freezes but the last 2 doesn’t freeze

We made the mistake and we bought one of vevor slush. It was a big mistake! Don’t pay any penny for it. And you will not get any help from support
