आपने ऑटो-ट्यूनिंग (Auto-tuning), आईडी रन (ID run), घूर्णी ट्यूनिंग (rotational tuning), स्थिर ट्यूनिंग (stationary tuning) आदि जैसे शब्द सुने होंगे।
ये शब्द क्या हैं, इसकी एक छोटी सी व्याख्या यहां दी गई है? हम इनका उपयोग क्यों करते हैं? ट्यूनिंग/आईडी रन कैसे करें?
VFD को मोटर्स की गति और टॉर्क विशेषताओं पर नियंत्रण के साथ मोटर्स को संचालित करने के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है। यह पूर्ण गणितीय एल्गोरिदम द्वारा किया जाता है।
इष्टतम प्रदर्शन प्राप्त करने के लिए, इन एल्गोरिदम के लिए उचित इनपुट डेटा होना आवश्यक है। यह डेटा मोटर्स के साथ वीएफडी को ऑटो-ट्यूनिंग करके प्राप्त किया जा सकता है।
ऑटो-ट्यूनिंग के दो व्यापक प्रकार हैं अर्थात घूर्णी और स्टेशनरी। जैसा कि नाम घूर्णी ट्यूनिंग में दर्शाता है VFD रोटर और स्टेटर दोनों डेटा प्राप्त करने के लिए मोटर को घुमाता है जिसमें स्थिर ट्यूनिंग में VFD केवल मोटर शाफ्ट के रोटेशन के बिना स्टेटर डेटा कैप्चर करता है।
* घूर्णी ट्यूनिंग केवल मोटर शाफ्ट पर लोड के बिना ही की जा सकती है।
वीडियो में YASKAWA A1000 VFD के साथ मोटर को ऑटो-ट्यून करने की प्रक्रिया को दिखाया गया है।

You may have heard terms like auto-tuning, ID run, rotational tuning, stationary tuning, etc. Here is a small explanation of What are these terms? Why do we use these? How to perform the tuning/ID run?
VFDs are designed to operate motors with control over the speed & torque characteristics of the motors. This is done by complete mathematical algorithms.
To achieve optimum performance, it is required to have proper input data for these algorithms. This data can be obtained by auto-tuning the VFDs with motors.
There are two broad types of auto-tuning i.e. rotational & stationery. As the names signify in rotational tuning VFD rotates the motor to obtain both rotor & stator data wherein in stationary tuning VFD only captures stator data without rotation of the motor shaft.
*Rotational tuning can only be done without the load on the motor shaft.
The video shows the procedure to auto-tune the motor with a YASKAWA A1000 VFD.

Yaskawa V1000 मे S1,S2 मे Forwrd Revers मे 8 rpm और दुसरा स्पीड S5 मे 800 rpm चाहीये क्या करना होगा.

Tunning data dalane ke baad kya hume baad me bhi data dalana padega . Ki tunning ke baad automatic data saab vfd uske hisab se save kar dega

Bhai VFD output PWM hota hai it is not AC toh wo normal multimere me shi value nhi aata. Use a True RMS multimeter for that

I have a yakawa V1000 like video above. But when I tuning, it display Er-05, or Er-09. Do you know more information about this?

Please check - motor shaft should rotate freely, parameters are correct, wires do not have any cuts or connection issues.
