Virtually everyone has used a tone knob that turns clockwise for more treble & less bass, and counterclockwise for more bass & less treble. This ubiquitous EQ is called a tilt equalizer, and it is able to create unique frequency curves with just a few parts. Until now, this type of EQ hasn't been tunable - in other words, the frequency filters that make up the EQ have been fixed. Introducing the Pinball, the first fully tunable, precision analog tilt equalizer.
- True bypass with buffered bypass option via internal switch
- Tone knob "tilts" EQ by blending between HPF & LPF
- Wide range EQ for use with any gear setup
- Filters can be 6dB or 12dB for more extreme EQ settings

This old man/blues dad-style video undersells the pedal quite a bit... No distorted lead tones? I found my dream modern bridge lead sound after 25 years thanks to this pedal. I run it just before an active Full-Drive 2 (boost circuit off) in order to round out my lead sound subtly in a way that passive tone controls can't manage. The overdrive, followed later by my amp's EQ stage, brings the cut back, but without the harshness on the highest frets of the E. VFE, welcome to RU-vid: This is where kids figure out what gear they want to blow money on. It's time to start actually appealing to them by sending the promo units to more modern players. You should know that: you work with kids. I only bought a Pinball because I knew exactly what I wanted in a technical sense. I would have completely blown off the pedal had I only seen this video and the other very similar one. You can do so much better.
