Because I think this song along with a couple of other songs, were hit plagiarism accusations (in fact, most of the music that you hear from the older games, like the budokai series and some older ones were indeed plagiarized.). I believe Solid State Scouter might have been one of them. If you look up the band Stratovarius, you'll find that alot of the music are similar to theirs. On a side note, Stratovarius is an awesome band, they make some killer music, they should have just gotten them to do all the music.

Almason I recall it having something to do with licensing. A similar fate befell the Budokai HD games; the music composer wasn't allowed to use some songs as a base, but did it anyways. All subsequent versions had their soundtracks replaced. That's why you don't hear this or Day of Fate: Soul vs Soul on the RB2 soundtrack, and it's instead replaced with the BT2 ost.

My friend has a newer version of the game with the BT2 soundtrack and I told about the the BGM change and he looked at me like I was crazy.

I wouldn't call him a "hero". Bardock was a cold-blooded killer right up until the very end. True he kinda did try to help his fellow Saiyans, but that's because he didn't want his race to die. When no one listened, he fought alone, which is heroic, but that doesn't mean he's a hero. But the way he died was truly a hero's death.

Amiibo Cell Don't bother. Due to yamamoto's plagiarism they replaced the entire of RB2 soundtrack with Sparking Neo(AKA Budokai tenkaichi 2) soundtrack,even though RB2 Soundtrack had kikuchi tracks -.- . So basically any Raging Blast 2 Copy produced after 2010.

Dragon Warrior Goku's personality (and attitude) is what lead him to achieve what he did. 'Acting like Bardock' would have made him *no better* than Bardock, and his story would've ended on a similar note.
