They used to be do close back then. Hoseok wasn't hesitant to initiate contact but now he kinda avoids him, especially when Tae does skinship. :((( like they only allow limited amount of contact now. Though i wouldn't say it's all sexual, it could be platonic and tae just wants affection like he does the others members. I've been a theorist shipper and a vhoper for the longest time and trust me when I say I already know Tae is hella desperate and in love with Hobi. I have since like forever.
