The VI10 viaduct is essential for the new high-speed rail line linking Verona and Padua. This imposing infrastructure with 28 spans, stretches an impressive 765 metres and will be the new support for the historic railway line.
In recent weeks, we have achieved another important target by completing the bridge over the River Guà. This metal-framed arch bridge is 78 metres long, weighs over 1,400 tonnes and is a key element of the viaduct.
Once completed, the first lot, which includes this work, will double the existing line, extending the track by 44.2 km.
