Very interesting! Some things, like placing the meadows, feels like Terraforming Mars or Terra Mystica, in a very light-weight game. And the resources staying on the map feels like Scythe, but without any player combat options.
This game still confuses me to no end. I bought it a few months back because I kept hearing about how overlooked it was, and we like games with this kind of look. But it’s still sitting on the shelf. I’m still not getting a grasp on what makes it fun, or why you would want to do all the busywork.
This makes me sad! This has been one of my favorite games for the past year and is almost always the game I go to when I play with my friends who are just getting into board gaming. It's not a really heavy game, but still provides a good amount of strategy that helps introduce them to more in depth games.
