@@Windo0ows Its when the film falls off the sprockets and gets misaligned Here you can see the optical audio track (which is the waveform to the right of the image, and yes you can extract bits of audio from that)
Adrian OK, it is not as scary as the program exchange logo in the 80s and early 90s. After that, I liked the program exchange logo from 93-08 it was calm after that.
Both the "Pinball" and "V of Doom" were PRETTY SCARY for me. Oh, and the first logo I've seen of this Viacom was the "Silver V", when I was searching for "Nickelodeon Productions" logos and it appeared at the end of the famous "Double Dare"! I never imagined that while searching!
The 1971 pinball logo, the 1976 V of Doom logo (Videotaped version) and the 1990 Viacom logo (specifically the flute version at 11:40) are my favorite Viacom logos, I like those logos
The early logos through to 87 sound very close to the 70s era CBS Newsradio jingle package, used prominently at WCBS but also at other stations not always part of the CBS affiliates. The five notes with the last note held is the same pattern and has got to be related somehow.
@@sharpfalcon6196 because, when you look at it, it's very easy to mispronounce. It could go either way. So, the VO artist in the booth was likely unaware. I only know about the two distinct pronunciations because I once interviewed the man who founded Viacom, Ralph Baruch, and he was VERY adamant about calling it VEA-com. Redstone took it over in 1986.
I love the first one it’s nice and the one have the v zoom I remember when I was a baby Hawaii five -o have the v zoom in it looks like it comes in your living room
im now permanently scared of the V of Doom not because of the sight that it's running towards you, but because of the many times I've been blasted by that fucking BND Mask from Hell logo afterwards
@@codyryan9789 ive seen it a dozen times in videos and i just straight up hate how it looks like the normal mask is fine but the mask of doom/from hell is just repulsive for me
