This is one of my favorite episodes! If I can offer some constructive criticism I suggest watching how Ashley holds the mic when shes not talking and dont reach for the mic from an audience question until they've finished their question or response.
Really liked this set-up! It would be great if you did more podcasts with live audiences. Also, I completely agree with Nick and how social media has driven people further apart.
Great job Nick. I once criticized your interrupting or talking too much, in the podcasts, but you and Ashley did a great job sharing time in this episode! I enjoyed it.
I will say I’m someone who interrupts people and didn’t realize it until a few month ago. My husband brought it up saying how me and my mom both do and he thought it was funny. I’m also a fast talker especially when having good conversation. I’ve now realized that’s just how I was raised. We all talk over each other when he want to say something and not out of being rude but we are loud talkative people. When I talk to someone like my best friend we keep up with each other so I don’t think it happens as much. I never notice him talking over others but again because I do it that’s probably why. So he could definitely be doing it and not even noticing and just how he is. I try to be more aware of it now with people I don’t know but it can be hard unless I keep it on my mind lol
I really like your podcasts. I started listening to podcasts when Kaitlin Bristowe came out with hers. I liked her podcasts for a while, but found that they became a little bit too much about drinking and shouting and just trying to be funny. No insult to her. The point of this is to say that I appreciate the fact that you and Ashley's podcasts are about real topics. Real topics and also uplifting, motivating topics are most popular, in my opinion. Keep up the good work :)
i cant remember if i commented before but i TRULY LOVED this episode!! Love Ashley, Love Me Some NICK (Always) and a LIVE show, what is NOT to like! this was the best episode of Viall Files , a podcast that i am hooked on!

Re: IG follower bleeding - I'm a huge Bach franchise fan and I used to follow almost all Bach alumni...but I am married with 2 small kids (stressful!), and was getting major FOMO, experiencing anxiety and jealousy of how free & how much fun Bach alumni were having so I stopped following on the regular and only look at individual accounts when I am feeling stronger and better equipped emotionally to deal with the FOMO! So unfollowing is nothing PERSONAL sometimes....it's often only personal for the person on the other end of SM. Never assume it's Y O U , Nick & Ashley.
Nick Viall, I was ready to write you off after Demi but then you reedemed yourself and were the great person that I thought you were. WTF is Bristowe's issue with you?? I mean REALLY?? Yea, she wanted you on the bachelor, she picked someone else. She has been throwing shade at you for years. It's WRONG and childish. I admire how you handle the situations with truth and honesty. So bummed I wasn’t able to go to the live show but thank you for putting up your live show on your RU-vid channel. Other live shows don’t get put up for those who can’t attend. Loved the topic and love Ashley I and of course Nick. I agree with other comments of getting Blake and/or Jason on your show.
I am only halfway through and this is probably one of my favorite episodes as well as the Rachel one (and the polarizing Demi episode) But I love Nick's honesty where he will say things that don't always put him in the best light but they're true. I would much rather listen to this than someone "putting it on" just trying to get laughs or sound witty which so many other pods do.
I use Facebook all the time. Social media is so toxic now. I love Facebook keeping in touch with my friends and family out of state (and not just “old” people)
The Friend Zone is not a real thing. Also edit: I love Ashley, but for all her talk of self-love and knowing who you are and being comfortable in that, she is constantly harping on "if you do all that THEN you will find someone or THEN the guy comes around" and like, the end all be all is not necessarily a relationship. I wish she would stop acting like it is. Sometimes it is just loving yourself.
Miss Conceiteality usually when people are vulnerable and real it triggers other people. Specifically people that feel they can’t personally be that way because of filters through their own problems.
Nick Viall As i am a canadian and like Kaitlyn until to this point. She seems nasty and fake about what you guys had, i dunno, just childish! If you dont want people to say negative things about you then maybe you shouldnt do it either 🤷♀️just a thought! BUT if your looking for a guest to Ashley/Jared wedding 🙋!
Sometimes, the best advice comes from people who have failed at relationships so many times... Otherwise, how would you know to navigate through difficult relationships if you've never had one???
Gossip Gal His degree is being on a semi-reality show called Bachelor more than anyone. I guess? But otherwise I don’t think he has any higher education in psychology, couples therapy or behavioral sciences. I guess it is like an old school ”Ask” column in a newspaper but in podcast form. Only with a reality star as the expert/host.

Lorena S it’s for a show that he was filming called “The Coop.” Of course the headlines would like to leave out the part about it being for an acting job...it’s a more interesting story that way.
@@klt5756 Personally, I don't think it's a big deal either way...but I do take issue with lazy journalism and things being taken out of context. It's a pet peeve of mine.
Dont be a hater, a lot of people enjoy their podcasts. If you don't like them, fine.. go spend your time on something you do like rather than just making bitter comments lol
Plenty of us really enjoy them. This is their full time job so if you don't like it there are plenty of other channels on RU-vid out there. I and a lot of others really do enjoy them. If you can't say anything nice, there's no need to say anything at all; just move along.
