Vian Beats Pocola 67-34 

Friday night we went out to eastern Oklahoma to watch 2A-2’s top-ranked Vian go on the road and face off with A-1’s #5 Pocola. The Wolverines have never lost to Pocola and they didn’t start on Friday night. The Wolverines would race out to a big first quarter lead and cruise to a 67-34 victory. The first quarter felt like a track meet as it lasted nearly an hour and ended with Vian leading 33-12. There were touchdowns, turnovers and plenty of big plays all over the field. Junior standout Masyn Wright led the Wolverines to the win with over 300 yards on the ground.
