im glad now that when i book through them that i choose the option to pay later (2 days before the experience), as ive cancelled a few times with no charges. hope it all worked out for you
They are horrible! We showed up a few minutes before start of a tour and the tour guide was already gone. I tried getting my money back and they refuse. I put a dispute with my card and now they are fighting telling me the same thing about me signing a contract with them and I’m responsible for paying them or they will send me to collections.
I'm thinking the same...My feeling is this is also PayPal issue...This is why my best friend stopped using PayPal for her business...I got a bad feeling about PayPal a long time ago and cancelled my account (which they tried on several occasions to trick me into re-opening my account)....Fast forward...I ordered some clothes from oversea...the Merchant used PayPal...But I used my Credit Union Visa...When the clothes arrived, they were not what was advertised...Attempted to do a refund through the Merchant according to their policy...But ended-up having to do a charge back...Of course Visa sided with me after I presented all of the evidence...Well PayPal tried to bully me and sent me an email basically siding with the merchant...BUT, PayPal could not do anything to me!...I had no account with them and they had not chance against my Credit Union Visa!!!!
Once a company gets our money it is impossible to get it back. It's happened to me so many times that I'm to the point where I will not pay for anything in advance. If that means not traveling then so be it.
