I've used the meter for a few years now and would def. recommend it. I've had other more expensive meters in the past, some upwards of 60 dollars and this one is just as good, if not better. It measures your blood oxygen saturation, pulse and perfusion index. It also shows a waveform of your heartbeat. Use for a single 30 second reading or set it to go continuously.

Does your pulse rate change all the time when your not talking or does it stay still thank you.

I ordered the ViBeat pulse oximeter from Amazon and mine is a bluetooth rechargeable oximeter that has a battery life of 24 hours since I have sleep apnea and sleep with a CPAP machine.

@@JRESHOW The oximeter won’t come in until Tuesday since tomorrow is Labor Day. I currently have the Dr. Talbot’s oximeter I’ve had since the 2020 pandemic and still use it.

Not a chance wifi changes your heart rate. It's a phobia of wifi exposure that changes it.

Believe what you want. There’s blind folded test right here on RU-vid. Also has effects on blood pressure and diabetes.
