Yes, I believe you could. I have not used this instrument in a while, but from what I recall, you can pick different patterns: picked, strummed and so forth.
I’m not into country music… But as far as I’m concerned, why wouldn’t you, if you feel like it! It’s about the music. And if it’s good, I’ll just enjoy and applaud it! Thx for showing ACoustic Sunburst, I enjoyed it. Interesting VI, in my ears!
It's been a while since I played with this instrument. I believe you have to select the Melody presets on the Kontakt window, if my memory serves me correctly. I might be mistaken, so I'd have to go back and see how to do it again.
