This is so beautiful ❤ I see you are a natural poet. I love to write as well. 😊 I used to write a lot of poetry. I still write today, but haven't yet created my 'magnus opus.' This truly is one of the most beautiful things I have ever read ❤ What you said about coming home is exactly it. I used to long to just "go home." I was home sick for many years and was always trying to get there in ways that only took me further away from that place. I used to look into the sky longing to go home. And finally the day came that I realized that place I was looking for among the stars was already inside of me, it was always there, I just couldn't see it yet because I was looking outward rather than within. I love this that you wrote and I love you ❤ I hope you are thriving, flourishing, filled with light, unconditional/ divine love, peace and happiness in every moment you are in. ❤

when i grew up we never had these videos, i had very negative parents and married a very negative man and my children and i suffered as he divorced me actualy i divorced him as he left me as i fought with him about his drinking so he went to another woman and never provided for his children, even though he told my family he gave me money, i never had time for my sons i was always stressed being a single parent , and my sons suffered as they struggle with life now, so these meditations are life savers to me and i share them with my sons to try to give them a second chance in life one that i cudnt give them. so im truly grateful for your work, to help heal us.

Love and light to all who read! Thank you so much for this upload. I have a naturally very negative and depression-prone brain, but I have the desire for positivity every day. Gratitude is something that takes practice for me, but it is a daily effort that is SO worth it. Just dropping by to say that you don't have to automatically be happy to practice and grow in gratitude. Its abundance grows with time if cultivated :)

Alex, do you know how much I love and appreciate your videos? I listen to your video on abundance nearly every morning (sometimes I let it play while I sleep too) It's helped change my life. I love this one too. This is my first time hearing it. I start each day with a list of ten things I am grateful for. Most of the time it is easy.
