Not really. It's the third hand accounts saying that he did it once he let them in. We have yet to hear a single first-hand account of any of these girls he supposedly harassed at his house or at his hotel room or something.
if I was ever going to ask Vic one question only it would be "Why would you let them in your house? you realize you're only encouraging their behavior"
Vic answered my mail at 2:08am! like in the morning I felt bad that I'm taken away his sleep but he loves getting emails from fans. Don't bother him to much!!!!!! please!!!!
I've emailed him a couple of times and he replyed each time. You just gotta keep in mind that he has things going on and can't be at his computer 24/7. It's pretty awesome that he takes the time to answer fans as much as he can though!
I'm too busy and shy to even want to be "pen pals" with any celeb. I know there is a fine line, and its a hard lesson for anyone to learn. If they wanna talk with Vic so badly, they can go and visit him on his live talk with Unlocked app, or go to a convention. Going straight to his house is just a huge no no!
Vic is such an incredible guy, even as famous as he is he still treats everybody he meets with dignity and respect even if they do things he doesn't necessarily agree with, such an amazing person on the inside.
I feel so bad for him. People are just so crazy... Would you show up to a random strangers door to bug them? No? Then why do it to voice actors, just because they're famous...?
when my uncle was still alive and living in Houston I went to Houston one time… I actually thought about going to see Vic but I'm too shy to say anything to any of my family members that I wanted to go see this guy. I am so glad to this day that I never ever did that. I hate people who stalk others... and to think that I wanted to go to his house like that. I'm disgusted with my 17-year-old self. A lot of people think it's cute when a female fan harasses a male actor of any sort but it's not… It's absolutely toxic. It's not cute when a girl or a woman does it. People demonize male fans of anime and other things so much but there's such a double standard when it comes to female fans. And bitches who make false accusations against men are equally as toxic.
Vic is too good, too pure for this world! There are so many people that the world does not deserve and Vic is one of them. This whole has reminded me of one important thing... Praise those of renown that have done important, I said before that I mostly knew Vic as Broly but after finding out more about the man himself, I have realised how important he truly is. Any person that has any good in this world needs to be looked into, needs to be known for the goodness that they've given to this world and from the bottom of me heart, I am so sorry that I took Vic's role as Broly for granted, among other chrs! Now, I need to say something else as to prove a balance here, those that have turned their back on Vic should not be entirely blamed. They havevto speak with a certain edicate for the company they work for, that said, those that spoke very harshly, could have at least been more professional about it. I have been weighing the scale of morality on me mind and I'm kicking meself over it because I don't know what to do. So the best thing is to separate the chr from the voice actor. Goku should not be made to suffer because of what Sean Schemmel said about Vic, or anyone else for that matter. I'm trying to look beyond what I feel because humans are emotional before they are logical and I've said meself that we need people with logic in this fight. I recently watched RWBY again and this time I watched up to the 6 volume, I intended to watch as long as Vic was the voice of Qrow but now I'm second guessing meself. Should I deny the appended performance of the other voice actors because of what the powers that be have done to Vic?... The answer is no and I was being selfish and I don't think Vic himself would want that. So I am calling meself out, that said, this does NOT excuse what happened to Vic. His former peers still down talked him and funimation/rooster teeth unjustly let him go prematurely. You put me on the straight and narrow, Vic. By continuing to watch your panels on RU-vid, I finally understand what I should be doing, much thanks to the people that upload these videos. I know what I need to do, I just need to convince meself to do it. Me soul is hurting and in deep conflict with feelings and logic. Me mind knows the truth of it but the soul is stubborn!
@@zzbatson3556 Sorry but I must politely disagree. They twisted fans pictures to push their self serving agenda, in other Ares they only gave one side of accounts. They are not for equality as accusation vs Jamie Marchi did not get her fired but did to Vic. His voice acting peers turned against him. Others that are against Vic are forcing his fans not to defend him. They are blinded by the twisted desire to destroy his career and are looking less human because if it. They are pretty out for blood and all you have to do is look it up here on RU-vid to see different videos talking about it. Oh yeah, AND these people are anti due process and innocent until proven guilty. They are less human and more beast because of the high octane Rage in some of their tweets and how aggressive they are to DESTROY Vic. All this without presenting evidence and they are getting away with it, shameful!
@@zzbatson3556 then why did they wait til now, AFTER the success of the new Broly movie. Also, one of the pictures that they perceive of evidence against Vic has proven to be false as the girl in it has stated that Vic did nothing wrong and she was at a dinner with her Mother and other adults present. And about the yaoi fan art debacle. A RU-vid showed that video and Vic had stated that he politely declined but offered to sign something else and then he was shown a statue that someone made that he loved and after which, that person asked him if he wanted to take part in a recording for a show that I think was about people making challenges to one another and he was for it, which lead to him challenging someone in a very aggressive manner but it was all in good fun. I can look for that video again if you wanna see it!?
+Zz Batson I just watched the video clip. Several parents were there watching like Vic. You could clearly see the spinner in his hand as he looks at it before suggesting. He goes around to see if their feet and so fourth are actually on the colors and he signs their back to see who would fall first because its the only sensitive exposed part of their skin. Shyt we use to do that with feathers in elementary school. They would tickle our armpits underbelly if exposed, back, etc. All to just make us fall out of position so the game wouldn't go on too long. This whole its sexual harassment is b.s. Being they think he's a rapist for checking if they are on the circles. Then they are stupid. If you are going to play a game of twister then be smart enough to be aware of what you are wearing. He's not at fault for them being so exposed. Shyt one of the girls had a full on robe on for her cosplay. To which its clear he was the ref so he had to monitor their movements. Its crazy how people see rape in everything these days. Our future generation will be f'd. Human interaction will be limited and eye contact restricted. All adults will be separated from kids and forced to use different facilities for everything. What a world SJWs are creating.
@@zzbatson3556 None of this stuff counts as evidence. It only counts as evidence if it's reported and sworn in as testimony. Otherwise, it's hearsay. You can't want things treated in the court of public opinion, but then say "innocent until proven guilty" is only for the legal court, all while claiming that hearsay should be treated as evidence. You can't have it both ways. Also, you can't get in line to get hugged and smooched by this guy, wait an hour for your turn to get hugged and smooched, and then complain years later. As for the video, Twister? You're complaining about people being touched in a game of Twister? I'm sorry, but if you have issues with being touched, you shouldn't be playing Twister, of all things. Also, maybe physically intimate spaces like conventions just aren't for you. Everyone was clearly having fun in that video, and the climate of conventions were very different back then. You don't get to just toss that all away and disregard the difference in attitudes and then cry "harassment" twelve years later. Pro-tip: Just say black. African American is a stupid term and most black people I know hate it because it doesn't make any sense and was made without our consent.
Poor Vic. I totally get what he means. I live in a small town, so I didn't expect anything big. So, after I moved in my new house, it was a couple months later time for school. So I go to school and it's been a couple days. When all of a sudden, people ask me if I lived in the house I moved into it. I shouldn't have been surprised since it was a small town, but I was still like to them "DO YOU STALK ME OR SOMETHING?!" -_- So don't worry Vic, I know how you pretty much feel.
Freedom of Information act, I would guess, and some of those sites that helps you find long lost friends. Day 1, they find the fun kids who left town halfway through third grade, next week a local sports star, then they try actors, musicians, and sports star. As long as you don't live in Area 51, they can probably find you.
Fuck.. I know where Harrison Ford lives but you dont see me showing up to his house in a star wars costume trying to give him presents... chill out O.O
well since those kids lived in the area they probably just saw him. One of them or more may have lived in the same neighborhood as him and happened to see him like walking into his house or walking around or something.
I'll bet you he honestly made those fans' lives by doing that. How sweet! He is honestly one of the nicest voice actors out there, he does go above and beyond for his fans ^^
You know what Vic says is true. I e-mailed Vic one night concerning a personal problem and he solved it at ONE O'CLOCK IN THE MORNING! He is such a sweetheart and if you have any problems he is willing to listen and he will do the best he can to help you.
I love it when a voice actor has seen a fan so often that they can say "Hi Meg!" at a panel. Wish I could meet Vic, but sadly I reside in canada.......
Wow. he's such a good person. I know most people would flip out if fans started showing up at the door but he a real gentleman about it and everyone left happy. I've said it once and I'll say it again. The man is a SAINT.
I've been more and more tempted to e-mail Vic lately and I don't normally do that with celebrities; the only difference between other stars and Vic is that he actually answers you and I admire that so much about him, that he's willing to stay up till 2 am just to answer fan mail. That's it, I'm sold. I'm totally e-mailing him.
He doesn't. I met him at Otakon a couple years ago and he is probably one of the sweetest guys alive. He really does care about his fans and even knows a good handful of them personally, which I thought was really cool
He is such a sweetheart! Though he needs to be a little more careful, haha. XD I wouldn't go as far as stalking him, but I'd love to meet him at an anime convention. ^w^
Ahhhh! I met Vic a few days ago at a con! I soo should have stalked him!!! ...But he let me give him a few hugs and even recognized me in the autograph line :D sooo... I just couldn't stalk him. He's so nice!! Old enough to be my dad, but I still love him so much!!! I hope to meet him again some day! :)
Oh dear God. He's so nice. Too nice, clearly. Just another example of Vic's kind-hearted nature. You let them glomp you, lick their hands, and you let them into your house, when are you gonna draw the line Vic, when?? xD
LOL, these people are crazy. Yes, that's stalking LOL, he's nicer then most though. I'll give him that, geez-taking a picture of his house? Those girls obviously are a little too obsessed with him and have too much time on their hands, but I have met him in person and he's a great guy! LOL, that was funny though.
I was so sad because Glasgow had its first kind of comicon this year and Vic was there and I couldn't go because I took the last weekend off work to go to Collectormania and see the guests there. :( I hope he comes back, it'd be amazing to see him.
Vic is awesome when it comes to fans. I waited an hour and a half to get his signature...by the time it had been half an hour he was supposed to be done but he refused to leave until his line was done :D And I was at the way back of the line.
Vic is just one of the sweetest...most nicest...and most amazing voice actors there are. He is just really too nice...T^T he's one of my most favorite voice actors, he's amazingly talented, and he has a fullmetal heart
If I would meet Vic I would say simply "Good job man keep up the good work!" I like how he mention Meg at the end I can picture Meg in all her animated glory standing among the Real life crowd
He is like one of the nicest people I've ever met! I remember when i met him at Roc-Con the first time was embarrassing! I literally ran right into him and fell down. >.< He was so nice, He helped me up and shook my hand and gave me a hug and we continued on our merry way. XDD It was soooooo embarrassing but so nice of him!
Vic Stalkers. they r out there. i met one, and they hacked my account because i tried to defend one of the Rangers. But im proud to be a Ranger. no way on planet EARTH would i "find his house" or "email him like buddies should" i cant imagine how Vic puts up with these people :( but he is a good guy, and im lad i got to meet him
Wow, the fact that Vic just remained calm and was nice to the fan girls kind of makes me picture him disarming them, in the sense that his kindness sort of kept them from being extremely over zealous. It's intriguing, his kind attitude and letting them into his house. Maybe I'm reading too much into this but he kept, what could have been, an extremely awkward situation from getting even more awkward. Go Vic!
No no, an otaku, strictly speaking, is someone who really likes something. In Japan, there are train otaku, food otaku, anime otaku, music otaku, etc. Outside of Japan, the term is used to refer pretty much only to anime/manga otaku. Being an otaku is not a bad thing. It just means you're a geeky fan, which is perfectly ok. The term you're looking for for the crazy, unhealthily obsessed weirdoes that us otaku do our best to distance ourselves from is "Weaboo", or "weeb" for short.
xDeeperBlue actually in Japan the ones who let such habits overrun their lives are called otaku. a person who has any of the hobbies you listed under control, will at most be considered a fan of said hobby. But otaku is an insult in Japan
