Well we the people of the United States wouldn’t let her arrive in a taxi. In fact all of the vehicles in her motorcade flew over with her from the United States. We don’t trust the safety of our leaders just to anyone.
Just for a moment I thought the Harkles had returned. Reassuring it was actually the Americans travelling ‘light’ to protect the climate they are always preaching to us about.
??? Exactly which Americans are doing this preaching? Americans consume more energy and produce more waste per capita than any other nationality. Why would we bother preaching to other countries?
I’ve seen a handful of motorcades. It’s exciting, the streets are cleared of all traffic, and all of a sudden vehicles are approaching single file. Many years ago we went on a AAA day trip to Washington. We had visited many times, but never saw any action. We were traveling light since the trip was less than 24 hours. We didn’t bring a camera this time, but as we crossed Lafayette Park, we noticed the street had zero traffic, and it was very still. We noticed several blocks up the street, police motor cycles were doing a figure 8 in front of a hotel. I said “lest stay here for a bit, I think somethings going to happen”. About 15 minutes later the motor cycles started driving toward us. In a few seconds one of the presidential limousines passed by us. Clinton was in the back seat. He waved to us as they turned the corner around the park heading back to the White House. The one time we didn’t bring a camera and there he is smiling and waving.

@@energyasylum997 How many times a year does the President and Vice President travel to foreign countries? How many times have they been attacked or someone tried to assassinate them? Because of the security and vehicles the President and Vice President ride in has deterred those kinds of attacks. I don’t think there is a cheaper way to secure the President and Vice President. The Vice President has her own plane by the way. It’s the same plane Mike Pence used. In fact she rode in the same type of motorcade Mike Pence rode in.
Would be great if you could do a breakdown on WHO / WHAT is in each vehicle in the motorcade…. Because that’s a lot of security? Surely gotta be family members & some of her old school friends in there?? There was a whole coach?? Lol

"Halfback" - carries the VP's U.S. Secret Service detail 4. State car ("Stagecoach") - carrying the Vice-President 5. State car x2 ("Spare") - backup in case #4 breaks down 6. Military staff car - carries the Vice-President's Aide de Camp with the Emergency Satchel and a modified Iridium communications device that the Vice President can use to order the National Military Command Center (NMCC) to transmit an Emergency Action Message to strategic forces in event the VP becomes the National Command Authority due to presidential incapacity 7. Intelligence / Command vehicle - carries the motorcade commander who is communicating with sweeper vehicles and the pilot car to determine if the convoy needs to redirect due to unanticipated situations ahead such as construction, etc. 8. Hawkeye Pioneer - U.S. Secret Service Counter-Assault Team; in event of an ambush, the motorcade accelerates in the opposite direction leaving the CAT behind to fight-off the assailants long enough to mitigate the threat of pursuit 9-11. Appears to be a couple Met Police PaDP for unknown reasons, probably liaison 12-15. Vice-President's staff and local mission (embassy) staff Then - busses carrying press Then - Hazard Materials Mitigation Unit - carries specialized equipment to deal with a chemical or radiological attack Finally - Rear Guard - local police that brings up the rear to prevent an assailant vehicle from cutting in No Electronic Countermeasures Vehicle here probably due to British laws that would preclude the use of Wideband Barrage Jamming on the streets of London.

I bet you really know nothing about those cars or the security protocols needed to keep the Vice President safe. Every vehicle in that motorcade flew over with Vice President Harris because the United States government only allows the President and Vice President ride or be conveyed in vehicles from the United States no middle man from other countries supplying any transportation for US government officials. It’s worked out just fine. No complaints from the other countries.
She’s the hardest working politician I know and I’m registered republican I can’t believe how much this lady works very impressive…she doesn’t have to do this but she does….we love our Brit’s….at time stamp 3.07 I can’t believe a large enclosed box truck passed the motor Cade I’m surprised security allowed this
The box truck was aloud to pass because of detection devices in the cars and under the roads :) they can detect bombs and basically make it so they can’t explode via radio frequencies. They place them under the street and in the van that travels in the motorcade.
No it’s not either. Vice President Harris is the Vice President of the most powerful nation in the world and we won’t trust anyone else to keep her safe. The vehicles in her motorcade flew over with her from the United States. We aren’t going to trust other people to keep our leaders safe.
So if Trump becomes president you write him and tell all the safety and security he had before he wouldn’t need because it’s a waste of money. See if he does what you suggest. See if any of them do what you suggest.

There should be no “motorcade “what are ridiculous term. If Kamala wants to go somewhere, she should get in her own car, without any security, and go. She doesn’t need security, and neither does the president, they can hire a company out of their own pocket if they want it. We shouldn’t treat our servants like royalty.
