The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), India, is organizing a function to celebrate its 31st Foundation Day at Vigyan Bhawan on October 18, 2024. On the occasion, the Vice-President of India, Jagdeep Dhankhar, addresses several national and international dignitaries in the presence of NHRC, India Acting Chairperson Smt Vijaya Bharathi Sayani, Secretary General Shri Bharat Lal, and other senior officers of the Commission.
