Yes enjoyed the race recap...and CONGRATULATIONS!! What humility giving the kudos to Bogen. Keep that attitude and work ethic...look forward to watching your tri journey continue! God bless, Megan
GG! Freddy!! Awesome performance, and thanks for sharing great insight of event and what transpired in your bubble and keeping all those other distractions like the moto-bikes at bay. Great discipline in running your race to an amazing podium result!! All the Best!!!
Beim wichtigsten Rennen des Jahres so stark abgeliefert! Einfach top.
Congrats Frederic on the awesome race. I really appreciate your demeanour and how calm you are. A well deserved result and all the best in upcoming races. What do you think it takes to break the race apart on the bike or is that even possible anymore with how strong everyone is? A 5 minute push that makes the competition back off? I’ve read before that training for a 4-5 minute effort is one of the more challenging. Congrats again and I really enjoyed the race recap.
Thank you! With that level it would take at least a 20m rule. I think in that race it was barely possible because of the motorbikes as well which always slotted in
Mate awesome race, couldnt be going to a mosre deserving person, super chuffed for you. Question, what was the pre race breakie? was it fruit loops because thats top notch!
Very proud of your race, Fred, showing your true value ;) considering the analysis that you did on the dynamics of the front group and the motorbikes, do you think that it was a disadvantage for some of the other great cyclists that were behind you and therefore could not catch the front group, like Thor Madsen?
This bike course and your bike performance were beautiful to watch. Do you prefer hillier courses with descents because you are on the stronger, more muscular side (like Mathis noted)?
