@@newbro He is one of the very rare European players who has got a huge fan base in China. He has shown love for Chinese culture on Chinese social media which gained a lot of respect from them. People who cheered for Lu probably cheered because he represents China, but people cheered for Viktor because he is Viktor.

Lu already did a great job in using the right tactics, remember that he did not beat Victor even once! If you compare Lu with Pannoy or Loh, the problem is that the latter 2 can retrieve Victor's smash better and they often could score a smash at the back court too (Lu could only do that when Victor pops up to the middle court or slightly after --- due to Lu's net play). In any case, this is the best performance of Lu against Victor, and maybe the best from a Chinese male vs Victor since Tyoko Olympic Games.

Axelson is just too tall. There should be a height limit. Otherwise, it is no fun... Look at how low the net is for Axelson. I am losing interest in this sports.

Well he got burned by LCW and Momota back in 2018, 2019 even when he was one of the top players at that time. Tall could be an advantage or disadvantage, you just got to make use or exploit that.
