Trump is also for prison reform. To let those out who have shown a major change in their lives. Again, this is on merit. Trump wants to reform the prisons. Create a "trade school" platform in the jails so criminals have a new way to go. He was already doing that in his last term. I saw it myself. Way better than violent criminals back on the street.
