Had the same injury. Most critical time is 7-8 months because then you feel kind of fully recovered... But the melting screws are not melted until a year has passed. As an aggressive player its hard to play cautiously, that's the biggest challenge ahead of you. Keep up the good mood and pace!

I learned about running mechanics. Dropping the shoulder when making a curved turn, and moving the arms to ease running.

Your legs do as your arms do, next time you’re running try elongating your arms and your stride will elongated, or when you you pump them you’ll go faster

Huge pacers fan here but PLEASE take as long as you need. We don’t want you coming back and getting injured as it seems many NBA players are nowadays.
