The ebay site for the guy that sold the lead governor weights & springs appears to not be there any more. However one of the guys I think I bought from, as of this posting is still selling parts. He appears to have more parts now, including what looks like closer to original reproduction weights. My posting this link is not an endorsement. Merely as a convenience to folks researching parts.

Looking at archive.org/ there are a incredible number of variations of old 78's of the original title. So back in its day it must have been quite popular.
I've also been informed that the music is often standard fair for learning and practicing the piano.
