They don't really let people scream during live performances on shows because it messes with the sound of the recording. And there are some times where they lower the sound of the crowd before they upload the video. Remember sound engineers exist and tweak things before they go up on a platform.

@@megaqueen4688 you are exactly right - back in the day when I used to actually want to be a singer I was advised that groups like *NSYNC and Destiny’s Child, and even Usher run and sang at the same time that is why they’re able to sing and dance at the same time it’s the building of the endurance. I used to sing while on the treadmill and it indeed helped. After researching Victoria more, I see that she did mention that she works out and sing.

This performance is everything!🎉❤❤❤ I love this song because of why she wrote it and the circumstances behind it. She had post parnum depression, and she was trying to encourage herself as a woman. We all have been there as women. Where we didn't feel pretty or good enough. Her spirit of transparency and her sick pen as a songwriter is why I respect her so much as an artist! Victoria Monet is AMAZING!! She definitely deserves what she is getting right now.....❤❤❤
