130km loop of the Victorian High Country Starting at Sheepyard Flat camp ground, down to Upper Jamieson Hut, up to Mount Stirling and Craig's Hut. Amazing views and some great tracks!
I've owned both bikes. The XR had more power and was better in the dirt. The DR is smoother on the street. Both are reliable and quick once you sort out the intake/exhaust.
Bongo Dave , I have had both also. Had the XR650R first, then later the DR650 because I wanted to do road trips plus off road. No complaints about either bike, both are excellent !
