A very reasonable price for a gorgeous quality built home in great condition. Beautiful woodwork, the doors, and the floors! I don’t know how people can say it’s overpriced. You couldn’t build a home like this today for anywhere near the asking price.

wish I was able to afford one of the grand old homes of houlton, always a dream. More likely to be starting with a smell place. That cape turned into a day care you listed a while back is more in my means, pricewise. Alway hopeful though. I've been watching for more than ten years now. Made a secret trip there in 2011 and checked out the area. Have been hooked on Houlton ever since. I one day hope to come to your office and go property lookin. JC

Kids walk to the rec center a house away and only 2 blocks to the middle, high school or grocery or ice arena, park. PQI is 39 miles away for daily commercial flights and Fredericton Canada has cheap flights using the dollar against the looney plus just an hour away. Houlton ME has 3 large grocery stores, a co op, farmers market, a Walmart. County Yankee grocery 3 block walk. Keep the car, minivan, SUV parked.
