The cap lifter/wire stripper/screw driver is also used as a prybar to remove windscreen/shield.

14th feature is it's pouch and the 15th feature is black cord on the key ring. They count every piece of item.

I have one. It is a great knife. I am not sure that I would ever cut a windshield with it, but you never know. The knife stays very sharp. The glass breaker is also very good at breaking up a bag of ice.

The bag has a nut, can be attached to a belt of pants. This tool from your video has a weird hole punch / reamer?! It lacks a hole through which the thread could be threaded, so that it can be used as a sewing needle.

good question. I defer that to someone else. Sharpening is not easy to explain in a comment section and I don't have a video on it.

Usually, if you have a normal tabletop kitchen sharpener, it works like normal, just sharpen it, for example, you can use the,, worlds best knife sharpener’’ with a suction cup, its only about 10 bucks I think and that usually works just fine

Best to have a small round file that you run vertically in the notches, then you flat grind the other side of the blade. Takes a little practice but not too hard. Lots of videos on it as well.

Works great for cutting a round hole in wood or plastic. Not sure how that can apply to a rescue situation but they include it on almost every 111mm SAK

Absolutely needs some secure clip to fasten it. I was always taught by instructors that a seatbelt cutter will not help you if it you can't find it. Usually in an accident things will fly around. You need to find a place that you can reach easily and quickly, having a clip will increase your chances of finding a place to secure it.
