Both the "Braves" and "Transformers" were made by the Takara toy company. The Braves kept Takara going until the Transformers regained their popularity in 2000's.
It's also a well-known rule that, under no circumstances, are you allowed to interrupt an opponent's gattai sequence under threat of massive ownage...I can only think of two instances where this rule was broken without consequence, and one only semi-counts, as it was the 1986 Transformers movie.... :D
That may be true, but it looks like it has to be done in the upper atmosphere or in orbit due to taking things a part, which means he has to leave the battle to transform, and travel from orbit to rejoin said battle. This is why GaoGaiGar actually made transforming under fire smart...
If a certain fan-built 6-unit female gestalt name was not derived from this Super Mecha, then that certain fan-built 6-unit female gestalt wouldn't have been sold to kids and collectors.
that was the most unnessary transformation i think ill ever see... if he was on a battlefield and had to do that, i mean really, 1 minute and 25 seconds... its insane...
If you want to see an even more complex transformation, I suggest you look at Deathfacer from the movie 'Ultraman Tiga and Ultraman Dyna: Warriors of the Star of Light'.
no if you read transformers started here in the USA with the first episodes,it didn't become big until transformers hit japan and then it came back to America and because of that everyone thinks the original transformers are anime when their cartoon
strategy and group tactics? Like the famous "Decepticons! Retreat!" strategy? Sentient robots are still quite rare in both countries, though Japan has more of them, They have Transformers, Machine Robos, Braves and more, are there any robots like that in USA aside from TFs? And, extremely inteligent robots are even more rare. Humans just don't like it when they are bossed by robots :P
He looks absolutely nothing like Voltron, unless you're unable to distinguish things from other things IE; Since the subject of this video is a thing and Voltron can also be considered a thing, therefore they are completely identical, and in fact, everything is identical to Voltron, everything in the entire universe is Voltron.
actually i think it's the background itself is a literal shield; i can think of 2 instances where this is the case. there's also a 3rd alternative of the top of my head. want links?
In the mean time the enemy has had lunch, taken a shit, had tea with the nice old lady across the way and went to bed to have a dream about stock exchanges and world domination.
No mater how many times I watch this I still can't follow what is going on. It's mostly that business with the legs and waist spinning around over and over. But for some reason that doesn't detract from the experience.
Looks like sparkly water, lol. Well, we all know how giant transforming/combining robot shows go. If they were practical, they wouldn't look as awesome.
...get your eyes checked dude, he doesn't have lion heads all over him and his transformation is complex as hell, and oh yeah, he's only got two parts. If four identical jets flew in to form his arms and legs, fine, you have a point. Until then, don't ever say any robot looks like Voltron again, you only make yourself look like an idiot.
everyone's entitled to their own dramatic henshin sequence. XD but if i were ever up against someone who changes so fast, i'd take em out mid-henshin. XDD
I said it was smart, not logical. I mean, It makes as much sense as leaving the battle to transform in the atmostphere or having a smaller robot fuse with a big robot so they can create a giant drill to pierce through the hand of god. Silly, but awesome. And it's more like radiation swriling in the air than water...I think...
is it me or did it take so long to turn in to a robot i mean if this was real life by the time it was done my great grandkids who have great grand kids I know its a cartoon show and everything but dam why does it have to take so long to turn in to a robot
@Double SliceMan I Have The Galaxion Video In My Files. I Downloaded It From A Japanese Video Site; If You Want To See Victorion Evolve In All His Brave Glory, Let Me Know, And I'll See What I Can Do
@joe12473 GaoGaiGar explained that Brave robos shoot out fire that prevents monsters from being smart and attacking when its transforming. Seriously...
Oh yeah- the Macross Quarter is the pinnacle of true transformation technology in that universe... -_-; BTW, did you know the Messiah's legs actually don't have any way of solidly going from under the fighter mode to the hips? It's a cheat- they actually do separate, but the animation hides this.
@TheProtoman51 No he doesn't, what transforming Gundam do you know that has an alt mode THAT convincing? And trust me, no Gundam has a design this Super Robot-esque, they have to be all subtle and loosely homage RX-78 in some way, and this is by that same designer.
@CrownVictorion Well, Victorion Is A Combination-Formed (Formed By Varion Who Converts Into A Six-Wheel Car And His Auxiliary Mecha Cosmic Shuttle) Brave From _Brave Saga 2_ And Hasbro Takes This Brave's Name For Their Autobot-Allegianced Female Combiner (And First Female Combiner)
Oh, well sorry, I just get so tired of people seeing a robot clip and saying they look like Voltron or that it's a rip off, it happens so much it drives me crazy, so I overreacted, I apologize.
@Kyle Tsuyemura Actually Created By The U.S. With *Diaclone* From Takara Giving Templates For Characters And Takara Then Catching On With The U.S. Later On
@tfbrave Well, I Think In That Universe, But At The Same Time We Also Have Yusha Universes From Before Crossing Over With That Universe, Which Means The _Baan Gaan_ Universe Isn't Focused On That Much
@Ari Ritcher None - This Is Actually A Game - *Brave Saga 2* , The Sequel To The 1st *Brave Saga* Game, The _Brave_ (Yuusha) Franchise's Second Game After _Brave Of The Sun _*_Fighbird_*_ : The Game_
