Victory Pipes and Factory Scout Lower Control Position

Shout out to ‪@tacticalnurse2626‬ and the question of the Victory Pipes fitting a Scout with factory position of lower controls.
Several things to be mindful of.
1. You can and may find it easier to remove two bolts holding the controls. Gently hang them or rest on ground to avoid damage. But this will provide additional working room for uninstall and reinstall.
2. When removing the factory pipes you need to remove the heat shields due to tight fit and lack of wiggle room.
3. When installing new pipes, you'll do it without heat shields and then add them one headers are in place.
