Victory VAP arrows - 4 month review 

Another excellent video, appreciate the thorough walk through. Would really like to see a walk around on all the different arrows you sell. I am from the states and greatly appreciate the broadening of my archery knowledge.

I'm sold... I'm shooting Carbon Impact Super Clubs now but these seem worth the small upgrade in price.

I'm a compound target archer & have shot many differing arrows over my decades in archery, immediate previous being Easton Carbon Ones. I recently swapped to the Victory VAP V1 Elite .001 & use the pin nock with a 120g point , fletched with my fave Bohning 1.5 X Vanes. Thin diameter, tough shaft with ice finish, precision weight & spine tolerance & reasonable replacement component prices. Why not ? Love these arrows. Recommend them highly ! ;-)

Steven, I recently purchased my first dozen arrows to build myself and I went with the 2016 VAP Target Sports based on your review 4 months ago and I was super excited when Lancaster put the 2016's on clearance when the 2017's arrived. I was hoping to pick them up for my oly recurve but they didn't have the spine I needed, so I went with a spine that worked for my compound. I made up 6 of them with the 110gr Victory points and 4" Bohning Killer vanes. 4 of them were 10 spots consistently but I've got 2 of the 6 shooting low/right so I will refletch and try again. Since it's my first time building my own, the vanes on a few arrows weren't up to my perfectionist expectations, so I hope that will fix their flight. But so far, I like them! I plan to make up the other half dozen with AAE Max shield-cut vanes to try those. I sub and watch your channel regularly when you put out videos, they are very informative and helpful, thank you! Oh and I tried and am now shooting a 2016 PSE Supra after your glowing review. as well!

My skill is “decent”. I got 6 VAP, used, bought a complete kit. Tested these used VAP……they performed well, felt “clean”. I’m planning to buy 2 dozen when I reach 45lb draw.

Steven, I am not into Olympic bows but I do like watching you shoot your Olympic style recurve with but IYou always give an honest review your products.

have a set of these just finished making them today didn't cut then did sight settings today at 50 and 60 meters was windy and still got better results also tried Nvx23's for indoor did sight setting also out door in the wind went real well nothing under a 9 in the wind

Well Steve from watching your reviews on these arrows ....well i took the jump hehe i ordered 3 dz arrows, w/pin nocks, points etc .... so ty for the honesty and dedication you put in the sport, and your videos cheers ...... Can't wait to shoot them :)

These have to be the best arrows I have ever shot, I have shot them through steel myself and they do shoot through. The victory points however are quite soft but that comes at a cheaper price.

I’ve been shooting the RIP gamer for the last couple years. I have never had issues with victory arrows. Not sure why more people don’t use them.

The only VAP I've damaged is broad head tuning and that's the broadhead slicing down the shaft. So yes very strong.

I been shooting FMJ 6mm 320. At 69 dollars for 6. They fly good, but if you slap those arrows they chip below the knocks. I bought some victory xtortion 350. They fly great out to 60 yards.Cant afford to group these xtortion at a price of 91 dollars for 6 arrows with field tips. FMJ are are 420 grain with 100 grain field tip. My xtortion are 524 grain with 100 grain field tip.

Highly recommend Victory VAP arrows Price is brilliant. Smashed many pins with them. Was shooting Carbon One's previously

I've shot victory arrrows for the last 10 years or so, maybe a touch less. majority of my victory arrows broke because they shot other victory arrows without pin nocks. I did have some problem with the SHOK aluminum inserts but they have since improved those inserts. Can't recommend them enough.

Hi love your channel. Can your shop put 3.5inch feathers on 1 dozen @ 800 standard Vap’s shipped to NZ? I looked on your site, couldn’t see that option. Im bringing a 30# bodnik recurve to Vietnam, however my wife is only 21”draw Im figuring @ 18# on same bow. Any recommendations for a dozen reasonable quality? I was thinking vap 1200 spine cut to 26? But it’s all confusing regarding short draw low poundage. Regards CJ

Hi wondering if you will be doing a review on the victory vxt arrows anytime soon?

I have a set of elite 1.66 and I have seen a vast improvement in my score, but I would like your opinion. My draw length is 26 " my draw weight is 54 pounds I have in 140 grain points my shaft is 29" do you thing that is good or can I go 120 grain and get better results

What are you referring to when you say "carbon ones"? Are you referring to the arrows? Aren't all the arrows you're talking about carbon? VAP? X10's?

Can I get regular .246 shaft?

Hey Steven! Do you have any information on how long these shafts are when uncut, out-of-the-box and how much does point, pin and nock add? I'm a bit concerned if I can use it with my 32" draw length.
