Yours is THE BEST TUTORIAL I have come across online! That goofy manual is so full of grammatical errors and confusing directions that I wanted to scream! You were so clear and precise that I was in hog heaven! 😂 Also, mine came with a remote control; I purchased it from Amazon. Thanks again for an awesome video!

I find that this works best if the 2 buttons on the base are lined up with the “split “ of the top piece 👍. Thanks!

Thank you for the video, love it! But we're having trouble repairing. I hold the mist button down until it double beeps, keep holding until the light starts blinking faster, but it's still not pairing with the ewelink. Thanks for any help you can give me!

12-20 drops?! I have the 500mL one and the instructions says put 5-7. What's that about?

I have the Asakuki diffuser which has a remote. Looks identical to yours.

How to troubleshoot since mine isn't working.. no mist coming out and everytime I turn it on, I only hear a beeping sound

I can’t get mine to work. It will mist for 2 seconds and then flash 3 times and shut off. We have enough water it... any other suggestions?
