You are a beast my friend, I have been looking for decoding can messages for a long time but I cannot find information about it and if I find it it is 5 minutes, I am not saying that they are bad videos, but I would like to see the entire process it does not matter if the video lasts 5 hours. With your 10 minute video it was a complete work of art, what you explain how to decode the messages can, keep making videos like that friend.
Any idea how to convert file formats? I'm using a Peak PCAN usb interface, but it seems most software needs SocketCan's log format! For example, python-can logconvert doesn't support trc. The closest I found is Peak-Converter, that outputs trc to Vector's asc.. and canlogconvert that also does trc to asc. My goal is to plot static capture files using a dbc file... but eventually, I'd like to plot real-time using something like cantools if that's possible.
