The guys at the ATM were about to get robbed, they were already assaulted so they defended themselves. I hope the prosecutor realizes this before going after the shooter.

No one in their right mind would believe that story about the keys, it was just a ruse to rob them and when caught to deflect from what their intentions were. Those three followed them from the casino, the police better check their videos. He died while committing a robbery and the other two should be charged with capital murder.

Surely you reporters aren't that stupid. Please tell me you didn't believe the 'stolen keys' bs. The guy who was killed wasn't a victim, he was an armed robber. The victims were the guys trying to make a deposit, who thankfully were armed.

I absolutely never use ATMs anymore, and if I had to I certainly wouldn't do it at 3am.

He wasn’t a victim. He was part of the problem. The first guy NEVER should have put his hands on them. The first two were fighting for their lives from three strangers at 3am.

There's no car key bs, it was an armed robbery went wrong, they probably followed them from the casino. And if the father was a victim he should've call the cops before approaching someone and assaulted him.

How is this complex? It’s obvious those 3 people were trying to rob those 2 guys at the atm. Thankfully, they were able to protect themselves. Messing with the wrong people.

what the heck....why would you walk up to someone at 3am in front of ATM machine as they depositing their money or whatever and accuse them of stealing your key. I call BS on this. I think they were trying to rob those guys making the deposit.
