Hi. I read your mesaage and it was like read my own story. Look I am still dealing with that, however I must say. Helps me a lot 1. Strong 200mg of pepper mint, introduce chukrut to my diet, also a medicion called mebeverine colospa retard ( only for some sympthoms) and switch my emotions. Like restart your brain again.
