this is by far one of Olivia's best music videos, like, the colors, the edits, the ambient, the meaning, Olivia herself and the song itself

Here is my interpretation of that video: Olivia is looking at the new girl her ex has, and she notices all the similarities that they have. (Same voices, same outfits, same style) and at first she finds it funny and tried reliving everything. Then (at the tv scene) you can see that the other girl suddenly looked at her as if she knows Olivia is looking or watching her, that’s when Olivia knew that the other girl IS watching her, not the other way round. Olivia is basically saying that the other girl is copying her, from the looks, to the outfits, the style, and even what she and her man did in the past, INTENTIONALLY. She’s saying "do you get deja vu" to her ex. I love how you try to interpret it. Nice reaction. I am hoping you’d react to more Taylor Swift videos though.

olivia explained what she wanted to do with this music video. 1. the total music video is an inspiration of series "Killing Eve" where eve has to catch villanelle who's a psyco killer (both representing Olivia and ex-boyfriend's new girlfriend trying to catch her) / Eve is olivia and villanelle is the new girl. 2. the tv's is a representation of her seeing them doing the exact things they did together (everything you see on TV is everything replayed so it's kind of a joke to "deja vu" = "tv programs" = doing the same things all the time. 3. the scene where she spies the new girlfriend with a green dress and then she goes back to her car and wears the same green dress as the girl in the beginning (deja vu) ALSO: Every scene in this music video are real places And I think that's most of the explanation

11:52 - SOUR (olivia rodrigo debut album) cover hidden easter Olivia didn't announce SOUR when this music video came out, but yet, she teased the Album cover in this video and represented it with a heart card.

the cool twist of this music video is during the bridge when olivia realizes the other girl has been obsessed with her the whole time and copying everything she does, hence the deja vu. you'll notice this when she's spying on olivia behind the rock on the beach, when she waves at olivia from inside the tvs (taunting her) and has a picture of olivia pinned up on her wall ! this is why olivia smashes the tvs

The whip pans were actually done by like a robot thingy so they both were there at the same time. It wasn't a stitched shot. Since you did the One Direction guys individually, I would suggest the same for Blackpink. They are still a band, but so far each of them also released two solo songs. It would be a great way for you to learn their names and their personal sound outside of Blackpink. So if you react to Blackpink again, you would know the names and styles.
