LALALALA just hits differently. it's like a level up of their old releases sprinkled throughout the MV. This one just hits every Stay whether old or new. It feels like District 9, My Pace, Miroh, Victory Song, Side Effects, God's Menu, TA, All In, Thunderous, Circus, and God's Dudududu. The tapestry of this song (and MV) is just damn deep for me. It has been a while that i'm fully satisfied with their comeback. This brought tears in my eyes. ❤

Stray kids always came with unique concepts. Different emotions,joy , anger &sadness . The pressure and anxiety of performing is being internally expressed by different version of them . The have such a strong musical identity that they can experiment and try new thing but still keep that very distinctive “sKz-ness”❤

I appreciate S Class for its innovative elements and I do really like it, but LALALALA has such a classic Skz vibe.. the constant barrage of noise and rhythm is so them. It's just a non-stop flow and such a banger

Those monsters that kept vanishing go with the letters that you saw disappearing. The only letter left meant "pleasure", which is like the pleasure after finishing the performance while being so stressed about it. It's really creative and stray kids were helping the kids overcome their stage fright I think?

I think it is representative of their emotional journey from childhood to where they are now. Every time I see Han in chains, I think of his struggle with anxiety, and those of us who experience it feel it holds us back in life. Final thought, SClass was one of those songs, that took me a while to warm up to.. I absolutely love it and appreciate it now. This one came out banging, in love from the first chorus. These are just my opinions.

I always love your reaction to stray kids and overall. In my personal opinion, this song is better than s’class but it’s just because it’s my style. Actually, I think it could easily be my new favorite (it was Thunderous). The fact that I can’t chose my favorite part says itself😅 And I saw somewhere about a story : children are afraid of being on stage and skz as their seniors shows an exemple.

Don’t apologize for talking too much! When ever I watch react video I always feel like I want to hear MORE. It allows me to experience the joy and rush of excitement of my first view again. Plus I get to learn and appreciate new hidden details each time. My favorite parts of reaction are when so gets hyped or is so amazed they keep replaying a clip over to get a second, third take. But also audience retention - so I get it. (i for one would watch a longer video of this with more insights and frame analysis and story interruptions. maybe a for a future react you could have an extended cut version? just a suggestion i’m aware how labor intensive editing is) Overall Keep doing what you are doing!

I don't think it's better. I think is different kind of good which is gonna hit people differently! Also like they said themselves Sclas was about showing what they can and this one was about being free and themselves. They achieved both goals, of course anyone is entitle to their opinion ahahaha. For me, this mv is better than s-class because no way that skz would downgrade. They keep on getting better in their every comeback so expect that their recent comeback would surpass their previous comeback.

M/V concept info dump: Lee Know thinks of the monsters as kinda representing Stage Fright. So like the embodiment of Anxiety. The whole video is about the war of emotions going on inside the children's minds. like you can see the 4 emotions over their heads through out the video in the Chinese characters (怒 anger, 喜 joy, 哀 sadness, and 樂 pleasure) and as each emotion is overcome they fade away with pleasure being the one that wins out in the end. also each version of SKZ can be seen the same way: Mad Max style characters being pleasure since the whole play on words with rock star and the Chinese character being used, Clowns being chaotic/blissful joy, the white room being sadness, and maybe the pirates are anger? I believe since anger dissolved with bubbles like the pirates have. could have them mixed up somewhere though. hahah. I get so emotional at the ending scene cause the stance gives the ending of 143 with the I Love You hand sign vibes. and if you think of the children on stage as past SKZ(which is what SKZ themselves assumed when they reacted to the video) then its like them telling their past selves that they love them. which i know could totally be a stretch and i may be a little delulu for it cos i never understand SKZ lore anyway lmao. but the thought of this whole song/album being a bit cathartic for them is such an emotional feeling. 😭 I talk too much. sorry, sorry. 🤣

I am getting this album and am so excited because I already LOVE all of their songs on their tracklist they all sound so good and I think that this album is WAY better than the 5 STAR album. I love their 5 STAR album but I feel like the ROCK-STAR album is so much better. I love all of their songs and I can't wait for even more in the future.

I love s class on seungmin felix and chan singing “swerving im speeding on serpent road ~~~” and “im up above the world so high etc “ ~ and also of s clas as the title track for whole 5 stars album is just 🔥🤯 along with so many good songs but this lalalala is diff concept and its so catchy as well so we cant compare actually but the main point is stray kids never dissapoint ❤

okay, so, hear me out: stray kids b-sides with mvs. when i tell you.... they're title track level. lalalala was supposed to be a b-side on 5 star but they changed their mind and used it for this album. i recommend cheese (my personal fav), venom, the tortoise and the hare, any, superbowl (japanese version has an mv), red lights (this is a bang chan & hyunjin unit mv), n/s (this one is filmed by them on the streets and it's... just so much fun), get lit, time out, domino unveil, freeze it'd be nice if you reacted to them, but if not, even just seeing them/ listening to them in your own time would be an awesome experience loved the video ❤

Im assuming, just guessing, that each different group/theme are representing an emotion. They did mention that the chinese character in their album "rockstar" the "rock" in chinese means pleasure. Every transition to different groups, there's a different chinese character. There were 4 different chinese characters and every time a group is looked at, one of the characters disappear. I think those characters mean emotions like fear, anxiety, rage, joy, etc. Idk what the characters mean, im just guessing here. But once those characters go away, the monsters go away. The kids feel overwhelmed with chaotic emotions eating them inside until the end there are no monsters, they keep on playing music and feeling the joy/pleasure of playing music.

I think the giant figures represent Fear & stage fright. They dissipate when the words of the emotions in the children's heads disappear. I believe the characters are the words Joy, Anger, Sorrow, and Happiness/pleasure. (This is what I have been told. It seems to be a mix of Chinese, Japanese, and Korean, and I can read none of those.) There are four factions for four groups of the members. Since the four factions represented emotions, the locations were different. Anger was at the bottom of the ocean. It's a dense emotion that we try to smother & it thrives under pressure. Joy was a bank. It's an emotion that we store & take out for special things. Sadness was a stark place of floating ash and monuments that were like graves. Happiness/Pleasure was in a fort of musical instruments. It's an emotion that's loud & messy. We hear it before we see it. Now. Anger attacked Joy first. They bypassed Sorrow altogether. But it didn't turn out. Anger was defeated & captured. That was the first word to dissipate. The next to fall was Joy. The bomb went off. Since the bus was in both Joy & Sadness' realms (Back half in Joy, front in Sadness. We can't have one of those emotions without having felt the other.) we see the explosion as the camera pans to Sorrow, and the word for Joy dissipates as well. Sorrow falls & we see that Happiness/Pleasure is all that remains. They have gathered parts of the other emotions & folded them into their own. Happiness/Pleasure is very nuanced. It can contain elements of the other emotions and still be the same. Also. I think Lee Know said (In the video with them reacting to the music video) that the children are them when they were young. And over the years these emotions that they felt at varying times have been "defeated" and all that's left is pleasure in their music. Strangely...The sequence of emotions & dissipation of said emotions seems to mirror their own journey. When they first started, everything was pretty evenly balanced. They hit a few hard times & anger kinda made an appearance, but they started enjoying things more....Then Woojin left & sorrow took hold for a while. But they came out of that better balanced, and now are taking pleasure in their work once again. Currently they take pleasure in their work, it's tempered with the other emotions, but the dominating drive they have is happiness & pleasure. And Felix is saying the Korean word for Shh. I believe it's Swit? So it's a work around on the no swearing rule. Stray Kids love homophones. I mean, look at the title for the album. It means happiness/pleasure in Chinese. But it sounds like the English word "rock". So the album is Rock Star, and it's all about emotions.

I always put in mind of what they said that they produce loud and annoying music to the point that it annoys the listener to listen more to it. Like they are more pleased when the listeners find their sound annoying and obnoxiously loud yet satisfying and more thirsting. So, i guess the director and production team of their MVs takes that really quite well. Making their MVs annoyingly pleasing and wonderful it makes you want to watch it more and dive deep into it.

I went to a film school to learn how to edit all types of videos, but because most of the pay in the industry for film isn't as good as I wanted (for most editors, not all) I went the RU-vid route and decided to edit/manage for big creators and help them film. Honestly might try to work with more companies as a side job one day, cause it's a ton of fun 🙂
