He makes a very good point about the Christian church today. We do tend to look down our noses at other Christians who don't lead perfect lives when in reality, none of us do.

The Holy Ghost which is what a lot of people are lacking. See the Holy Ghost will lead and guide you into all truth. If he say you can do it then you can. Besides he is our Creator. If the Bible said it please believe it. I may misspell your name that's in the natural, no I'm not perfect none of us are in that wise. But, spiritually if YOU have the Holy Ghost you won't curse why, because the Holy Ghost will keep you from cursing, smoking, adultery and all those things that the Bible name as a sin. Qarrie, I agree. If you really love this man pray for Steve to be willing to give all to Christ. Pray that the Lord will send someone to feed him some spiritual meat. He's been drinking milk long enough. The Lord isn't coming back for worldly carnal Christians. We have to be dead to the flesh.

You all with the negative comments are the exact people that he is talking about Steve is a real man with real issues that we all face on a daily basis but because he is famous there has to be SOMETHING behind it hey if there is then HE has to answer for it NOT you but I believe in my spirit that he is true and his humble and transparent heart is recognized by God and after its all said and done that is the ONLY person we need to be impressing!

At the risk of sounding cliché, I feel you steve. That testimony waiting for the right moment, the anxiety to let the big feeling that wants to bust out, just feels like a mustard seed. That's what were about, the tool of a greater god that is in us.
Being famous doesn't mean God's favor. Look at the Mormon Church. They are very rich.. Does being rich and famous and likable mean it's okey not to mature in the Lord. He's been saved long enough to know better. Any little kid could tell you Christian shouldn't be cussing. If his job is keeping him from growing spiritually he needs to decide want's more important. Fame and money or leaving a life that makes Jesus proud. That is common sense. I pray he puts Jesus first.

I love steve harvey hes a great black man. God was touching his heart here i could really see it. and i know how it is.. i know where steve was coming from about his ma. my family is full of problems, my dad got sentenced 15 to 20 years when i was only 7 years old. my mother was a very bad alcoholic.. my brothers where abusive like my mother. and i was just a miserable person, and i was ignorant i didn't believe in god. but one day in church i prayed to him asking for forgiveness of my sins..
i can relate. ive been a christian for years. but i only became born again.. i only started living my life for Jesus once my father died. hes devotion to God, motivated me and touched my heart. And i want to continue what he left off.
Listen to him, around 3:30 and on...don't judge him. "Grace and mercy".... He is a work in progress....we ALL are! You yourself may need help with a judgmental spirit. Pray for your brothers and sisters in Christ, don't knock them down. The rest of the world and Satan are doing a good enough job without fellow believers joining in. Brother Steve don't trip because when the love of God enters into our hearts we cry all the time. Tears of hurt and pain become tears of joy and gratitude and tears of love for your fellow christians and tears for the lost souls. And next time you need to talk with someone go lock yourself in a private room and talk to Jesus Christ your Lord and Savior who is always by your side ready to listen and if you can patiently listen when you done talking he will answer. I’m sorry you miss understand the verse. Jesus prayed publicly. His audience were the Pharisees, they were hypocrites who prayed long exaggerated prayers to impress the public. For them it was better to pray in secret.
and i asked the lord just to simply come in my life because i need help.. that moment i just felt so rejuvinated.. i could feel god through me, cleansing me as a new person. and thats when i knew i was saved. and from that day forward my life just changed.. i felt like a better person, good things started happening to me, i prayed for my mothers addiction and she stopped. just good after good after good. i was no longer a lost miserable soul doubting everything and being ignorant.

Just happened to be flipping throught the channels and saw the entire thing. I don't normally watch TBN (they have some really wacky televangelists on there), but just happened to catch the intro bit where he introduces Jesus. What a spectacular testimony. Find the full bit and watch it. Steve Harvey is a GREAT comedian, but he's an even better witness for Christ. If this doesn't move you, you need to make sure you still have a pulse.

I just found your channel a couple of days ago and have been blessed in so many ways. I have cried so many tears while watching. and receive hope by some of the shows this one for my own children.
God can use whom ever he chooses. Remember he used a donkey in Matt: 21:1-5 because at that particlar time it was the best means to accomplish his redemptive purpose which was to reveal Himself to the people. So what makes one think he can't use Steve or man period, especially when you consider we are ALL like filty rags in his eye sight, Stop pointing fingers and start praying more for each other. Let GOD be the judge in the end.
That is soooo true....everybody can not be the pastors....somebody got to be a superstar, somebody got to be the president....that do not mean not because someone is not the pastor that they do not have God in them....we as people I think need to stop looking at celebrities like if they are not human beings....no one is perfect....celebrities are humans and makes mistakes as well....

You have no right to cast judgement on another human being. Steve Harvey is a good man, he always praises the Lord and gives him thanks and honor. He ends each of his radio shows with the message "don't forget to pray, prayer changes everything". He's the only one reaching out to a secular audience, trying to make a difference. I admire him even more for his appearance and truthfulness, even in the face of criticism...and I pray for him and for you.
To Mr. Robert Harley...I have serious questions about the progression of the world. We progress towards war and oppressive government , things that those who believe in GOD strongly resist. In that regard I am very proud of being part of a group that stops the progressiveness of the world

Not only you Steve Harvey what about me oh to me Jesus is my biggest treasure of all hallelujah. when I dream about Jesus next morning I really get very so emotional for Jesus I will cry & cry. I really feel Jesus done so much for me at Golgotha for my sins & yet I still hurt Jesus by having very bad thoughts by hurting by scoldings by yelling by screaming by shouting by stepping my feet to the floor by mumbling or grumbling & by watching all the naked men to the toilet pass motion & woman giving birth in the RU-vid that's I really feel I am really hurting Jesus.
Once steve said "god is good and my mother said..... " and i saw him start crying and heard his pain, I felt that entire speech he said. Then when he said "patty lavel knows god if u speak to her she'll tell u. But she singa in a whole different world" i got what he meant real quick basically shes not singing for god bc the muaic industry is the devils work, so shes simging for the devil in her mind but her heart still has god in it but she hasnt let him in fully yet to take her outta the devils work and into his own singing his glory songs.
