in fallout 76 directly left of the cabins below mothmans museum iswhat i think is a reference to telltales walking dead where your friend gets his legs chopped off in a bathroom area and fed to your friends at the area in fallout 76 is just a skeleton missing its legs in a bathtub hence a reference or a complete coincidence
Aight here's one I don't often see covered In overwatch 2 there is a voice interaction between junkrat and the junker queen with junkrat attempting to make small talk, only for junkerqueen to brush him off and call him ratjunk and for JR to get upset. We'll when you die and respawn after getting this interaction, junkrat will now say "ratjunks back!- no wait, junkrats back!"
This one is kind of old, but the fortnite pickaxe thors hammer says it can only be wielded by those worthy. Thor, of course can wield it, but so can captain America, as a reference to endgame.
In crime scene cleaner, if it's a modern art museum, I reckon that stained glass window would be a reference to Ferris Bueller when Ferris and Sloane are in the Chicago museum.
In the game severed steel in the art gallery map there is a master chief helmet. And on the first tutorial map behind an orange door is a heart of sawed off shotguns.
7:01 that skeleton wasn’t there when the bombs dropped. He’s in the pentagon. He can only be found if you blow it up with the enclave orbital laser at the end of broken steel
Okay I have a few things I don't think you haven't covered. 1. in LEGO Batman 2 on level 13 or 14 (the one at city hall) in free play you can magnetize the clock hands to the time the clocktower got struck by lightning in the Back To The Future series. It will get struck by lightning explode and give you a mini-kit. 2. As another "overused easter egg of the week" in Murky Divers, some facilities will have the carpet from "The Shining".
A smell correction with the Harry Potter thing. Sirius did offer Harry to live with him... but as probably most people know, Harry never got the chance to move in.
in crime scene cleaner, on mission Mountainside, theres a Laptop that sits on the garden by the half court, the laptop's screen says incognito together with a tissue and some sort of can beside it lol!
You can also find the silver surfers board, Thanos helmet, stranges medallion, Magentos helmet, the corpes of galactus ( on map ) and the blades of moon night inside dooms castle Vic was busy
In overwatch, after reaper gets revived by mercy, he can say don't expect a thank you, if you then use the communication wheel and say thank you, he says "ok then thank you"
In the indie game Trifox, you can find a familiar, overused, friend. I believe it's level two so you won't need to play too far in if it's not your kind of game.
In the lumberjack clip where you saw the South Park easter egg, behind him there are 2 birds which look alot like deadpool and Wolverine from the deadpool and Wolverine movie. ( the red and yellow/blue birds )
I recently finished Ravenous Devils and for the price I wasn't expecting much but it was really concise, fun experience. I don't think I've seen you cover it before but there's lovely 'Little Shop of Horrors' Easter Egg once you open the greenhouse, find the unusual seeds and fertilise it a few times. It even has a couple of trophies tied to it.
In Aliens vs predator for the 360 and similar dated consoles there is a movement scanner in the bottom left of your screen when you play as the Marines that is there to show you where aliens and the predator is but i noticed that i heard a little blipp but there where nothing there and i eventually i figured out that it was me knocking over a chair and i think it's amazing that it actually picks that upp on the radar.
Hey Captain, I found an easter egg that I couldn't find anywhere else for Crime Scene Cleaner: 1. Call In Dead mission 2. Get to the office, then kick the ladder down to the container lot. 3. Go down the ladder. 4. Press yourself against the wall, turn around and face the ladder, and look up! 5. Your graphics will completely change to something new go check :D I'm really excited
Hey Cap egg! Been a big fan of your videos for many years! I just finished my third playthrough God Of War Ragnarök and noticed at the end of the game when credits are rolling, if you walk fast the credits will go off quicker and if you walk slow they actually don't come off as quick. Hope you include that in your next video 🐐
I just noticed a small detail in Crime Scene Cleaner. If you clean near a lit candle the water from your mop, sponge, or power washer will make the flame go out. It's a very nice detail but still nice to see.
I'm not sure if anyone else noticed that, but in Crime Scene Cleaner in Prologue mission there is secret area that you can unlock with "lucky keys", and in that area on the wall you can see "price the sun", that can be pronounced very close to "praise the sun" which is pretty popular thing from Dark Souls games
Still suggesting you check out Touhou Mystia’s Izakaya and it’s few Easter eggs/ references Base game Marisa will remark when ordering a dish that needs the Japanese tag that she says something along the lines of she has had it so many times it be easier to recall how many slices of bread she’s eaten… referring Remila’s prefight against her in EOSD After beating the final boss they would mention how Mystia is safe as they consider Sparrows to be too bony… which is also referring the prefight dialogue this time in Imperishable night Mysti’s debut game And in the DLC map Garden of the sun one of the NPC’s would remark on how you can make a suspicious stew with two mushrooms and a Lilly of the Valley(obviously it’s a Minecraft reference but I’d like to mention the humorous part is that the closest Named NPC to this one is Medicine whoes power is control over poison)
in Tavern Manager Simulator, looking around your place is full of references and EE, even the over used ones, like the hut from "the lord of the rings" or the bonfire from "Dark soul"
In Cyberpunk 2077, while doing a job for Delamain, you have to retrieve some errant taxis. One of which sounds a lot like Gladios from Portal and makes a cake reference.
On mount olympus in the gold fish pool, if u stand there they will surround you and will swim according to whatever direction you are walking. Found that today just wandering
In Ready or Not, in the mission "23 Megabytes a Second" there's a TV in the main target's living room with a RU-vid window on the screen where you can see various parodies of popular RU-vidrs such as "CallMeDevin" and others. Also in the mission Neon Tomb, the body of the DJ you can find on the upper floor of the main dance room is the game's version of DeadMau5, whose canon name is LiveR4t.
In dead rising 1 game when we start the game game will show a parking lot shot and ask to press any button when we dont press any button for little time a secret cut scene will play
Reed richard being rolled into a ball, constantly alive with no sight or air judt constantly struggling is hoenstly terrifying. Sues is too but his is worse.
People might already know this one, and I'm not sure if its been mentioned or not, but I noticed a possible and familiar reference in Zelda BOTW. Van Naboris is the giant divine beast that looks like a camel and roaming the desert near the town. While in Gerudo town, and before going to the beast, you can talk to a woman named Trayis on one of the walls. She tells you her thoughts on stopping Naboris, including the line... "But if someone entangled its legs and tripped it, that'd work out really well" Hmm. Where else have we seen THAT strategy used?
I got an easter egg for you: the Avatar crossover is 2 seasons old by this point but if you use the Avatar's Flourish emote as one of the actual Avatars (Aang or Korra) their eyes will glow like in the Avatar State, no other skin has this glowing eye effect with this emote
In the game "Dysmantle" you can find a house with a table and teacups. (There was even a sign somewhere near talking about a teaparty) That's probably a reference to "Alice in Wonderland". It's located north-west of the Luxurious Villa in the Westport Harbor-area. You have to play a good chunk to get to that area.
I don't think it's a Easter egg but it's cool. In galacticare if you wait after when heal tells you to make a reception desk he will then ask you again in a different way.
in crime scene cleaner in the mission toxic love there are 6 coffee packs 5 black packs standing around 1 white one in one of the kitchen drawers :) you should check it out
I ALMOST consider the Shining door easter eggs to be more iconic than overused, but IMO it's not the most iconic thing for me in the film, as so much weird stuff happens in that movie 😂
Dang, those Cleaner ducks sure are surprisingly vague. Good thing Cap knew what they are somehow. Oh, and as much as I don't like her much anymore, Rowling is pronounced "rolling".
In the movies, Harry had his own proper room at the start of Chamber of Secrets. However, and I could be misremembering this next part, in the first book, after they received the first letter from Hogwarts, the Dursley's moved Harry into Dudley's second bedroom, fearing that the fact that the letter was addressed to the cupboard under the stair, they were being watched. So technically, Harry only ever lived under the stairs for the first chapter/minutes of Philosophers stone.
in time splitters future perfect after you take out the first boss in the second map of the game if you sit around and don't continue the person you are on the line with will say something about moving on or something i don't know i was having fun playing with a tank edit ps there is also a area that looks a lot like the resident evil 1 mansion there are a lot of eggs in the game i have come to find after playing the game again recently
There is a easter egg you missed in star wars hunters. It could be coincidence but I think that K-aos was a tribute to the main antagonist from Skylanders, Kaos. That or they just have the same name.
Another Crime Scene Cleaner eggs: - on Party's Over level you can find a body of guy in green shirt next to tricycle and camera. It's ref to Paweł (Paul) Jumper, classic polish vine (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-caT4-fUBmF4.htmlsi=5Wk4uVDEpnYQJzt0). It was also referenced in CP2077 as Pablo Jumper. - literally every achievement name is a reference/joke
The music that plays in Angerfoot seems to be the same style of music that is produced by the DJ Angerfist which I find quite amusing. Not sure if this is supposed to be the case or just a coincidence 🤷🏽♂️
Maybe it’s just me, but I don’t think that “Shining” reference is overused at all in video games. In movies, that’s a different story lol. My favorite “Shining” reference is still the word “redrum” written in that one hallway from the OG Resident Evil 2.
Captain!!!!!!!! You did an Easter for gears 3 where the rat comes out of and runs across the floor and you couldn’t figure out what to do for the rest of the Easter egg. You’re supposed to step on it to recreate thee opening seen when the locust crushes a rat.
Day 7: There is a sad detail in cod ww2. When you storm the last trench in operation cobra, for a few brief seconds, you will see a german soldier having a smoke before dying. Com on man, it's been 7 times.
Hey cap I’ve got an Easter egg in borderlands 3 for you if you go to promethea , atlas HQ, the the typhoon log closest to the fast travel station on the 3rd floor all the power rangers (pink black red green yellow and blue) will drop down right in front of you but be careful they’ll try to kill you If I get tagged my handle for most things is pierce.the.ears
