Great info ! So if u edit in Premiere u always export the video in quicktime format & not as MP4 ? Never use Premiere for audio editing for voice over ?

I didn't know about the replace audio in video file function in Cubase. I would always reopen Premiere and export with the new audio....Doh! Thanks so much for this great tip!

hi. so happy to see this helpful vid. got a question. i always take clips from my mobile phone when i play but it sound bad. can i record as the same but play the song again in cubase and replace the hi quality sound with original one? in this case what should i take care. tanx

Hey can you help me please? I am trying to score a short video in Cubase 10 pro, but I've matched the frame rate in the project settings to that of the video, imported it, but when I try to watch the video at the same time as listening to the audio during playback, the video plays for a few seconds and then stops playing until I change my playlist position manually. It does not play the video through and I don't know why.

New video engine in Cubase 9.5 and above has very smooth playback of compressed formats such as H.264.

Hi mate I have Cubase 9.5 Pro and I am trying to render audio to a video which doesn't have previously recorded audio to it but I cannot render the new audio to the video because I do not have the option to replace audio and video in the file menu. I am not understanding why I don't have this option in the latest edition and in the pro version. Do you have any idea what to do?
