Tell ya what, Harvard Square/Brattle Street is as cool and eclectic a section as any you'll find in America. Having a pretty significant university right there gives the area a vibrancy with dozens of interesting shops and restaurants just steps away. BTW this place is pretty spectacular, huh? It previously sold for $1.97M but that was back in 2013.
