He's clearly used to behaving like that, his wife wasn't surprised. Toddler didn't even get upset. They just got up. The second victim is that poor little toddler witnessing this likely on daily basis and sadly learning that this is normal behaviour to them.

This happened in March. He hit the victim in the face with a plate. The Met Police were there and the victim gave them a statement of the assault, however the Police decided not to investigate the incident, failed to check CCTV and let the perpetrator go. Why? This demands answers and this gross dereliction of duty by the Police justifies people witholding the proportion of their Council Tax Payment that is allocated to the Police. The Police are obligated to provide a service to the public and they are patently failing in their duty to do so. Heads must roll!
This behaviour is completely unacceptable and has no place in a civilised society. This man should be charged with assault and denied access to his child.
His child has nothing to do with what he did. Maintain justice at all times. You don’t know what she could have said or did, and don’t know the full story as although it seems the attack was not good, nor do you know the full story. And for you to say have his child preventing from seeing this dad shows how biased you are and you are not asking the full story and already making a judgement based on a reaction. And the narrators has said unprovoked, what is the proof for that big assumption? None. They are spreading one sided stories so bigots like you can jump and make judgements on half the side of a story ie the reaction and nothing that is said or done before hand.

I work on the shop floor stacking shelves and I can say boldly that most customers' behaviours are very appalling . You will wonder whether they live in civilised society. 😢
We already live in a culture where if it wasn't captured on cam there's not enough evidence to progress. Now here we are, a young woman in her workplace, the full support of a large establishment such as nando's, assault on cctv, police present- still not enough to prosecute. What chance do other victims stand? ....

Nando's, there must be zero tolerance for verbal and physical abuse and management must support staff to refuse to serve .This male must be charged. The Maalikis and Zaahiris think that the mother has more right to sponsorship of the child, whether it is a boy or a girl. The Hanbalis think that boys should be given a choice, but the father has more right in the case of a girl. The Hanafis think that the father has more right in the case of a boy and the mother has more right in the case of a girl. Perhaps the correct view is that the child should be given a choice if the parents are disputing and they both fulfil the conditions for sponsorship.

Police had no interest or intention of investigation. This is a reoccurring theme around the UK. Two examples for me personally in the last 2 years. Car broken into items stolen police did not attend for the reason it is cold today so they are likely wearing gloves we have nothing to go on.... I wasn't expecting a result but to get brushed off like that, lol. We had attempted armed robbery windows smashed with hammers, and everything reported the police didn't even attend. Honestly, I can't believe the state of today's policing in the UK. They wonder why people are losing respect and trust. Look at the police force. We have graduates and so on that have no street smarts or know how to speak to people from other backgrounds. Some of them probably have never set foot on an estate before joining 😂 Literally sending two 8 stone dollies to a pub kickoff it's bonkers guaranteed CS or Taser deployed because they can't restrain or have enough presence and street smarts to sort it out
Terrifying what this poor girl went through. Disgusting the police and Nando’s manager did NOTHING to help her post the incident. This girl had to wait for the video to go viral and speak out on social media before the police opening up the case and not to mention the girl had asked her manager why he was still being served prior to being hit with a plate, as the customer was rude.
