I have found my perfect home. This is it!!! I absolutely love it,from the tall trees surrounding the house, making it feel somewhat out of this world,magical..., the inside is dreamy😍😍. The track along the house, perfect for me to have my exercise away from the noises of the city, just me surrounded by fresh air from the trees. Not much lawn to take care of and that pond oh my gosh I love it. Wished I had the money to buy it😌
We’re selling another home currently, and the realtors want us to repaint the whole interior off white! Lovely stained wood and nice soft colors. All white.
@@darrylkenes7424 The only way I could describe walking thru the front door would be like playing a great record while walking thru the door and having the needle skip across the record. Forget what the realtor wants and go with a good interior designer.
Once u bring your stuff, it has all the colors u picked out! I have tons of indoor plants, plus my paintings...it would be colorful! Bed, curtains, throw pillows, etc...it'd be wonderful!
She is so pretty on the outside, but inside is wrong! The color, everything is too white, life has color, if outside it is apparently rustic, so rural, why does it look like a house of the future? It has taken away the illusion as soon as I entered and saw that.
I LIKE THE LOOKS OF IT OUTSIDE, TOO STERILE ON INSIDE, TOO MUCH WHITE, TOO MUCH HOUSE...I WOULD LIKE A SMALLER VERSION WITH MORE A RUSTIC FEEL ON THE INSIDE.
@@cayrick3488 they are fucking up our home, these transients, they have no connection to the region or the land. its gotten really bad, it will get worse.
Another beautiful home....LOVE that work shop. Ok...serious note here. Even if I "could" afford this house, hands down, no problem....I don't really know if I would want a house this huge. I hate spending money...I myself would be happy with a 2-4 bedroom ..walk out ranch ...3 stall garage....and the cool "man cave" in basement. Add a pool table...shuffle board...and some "old school " arcade games.....I'm set
@@saysham.9562 that's actually why I went to the comments, too see if anyone mentioned that. I feel whoever bought that house was propably introduced to a squatch pretty quick after moving in.
A lot of purposeless wasted space and odd shaped rooms. That purposeless space has to be heated. A lot of beautiful trees but so many that it's dark outside. And wet a lot of the time because that's the way Oregon is.
For me approaching to this home, it was beautiful I like the way it typed itself into the forest background which makes it feel like it’s always been there. The garden area was nice. It was nice. It was more color too much green just doesn’t do it you gotta help color flowers someplace there was no place to as well as it’s just all green and inside the home so much weight they gave me that sterile feeling and it just didn’t cut it with me. But I’m sure for others. It’ll be perfect. A lot of people like white, but not me I like to have some color just gives warmth to the property but that’s just my opinion.
A warm friendly home that's not over the top. Nicely done. A word of advice, never shoot video's of a home without power washing the outside concrete decks. Just doesn't present well.
The ariel view shows how close the houses are to each other. With all the yardwork required for upkeep in the neighborhood you would be hearing lawn mowers and leaf blowers every day. I'll pass.
I love it, except the placement of the garage. I do not want to live behind the garage. The first thing you see as you approach this fancy expensive home is garage doors instead of the front doors? Crumby design. Lets see the house and put the garage around on the side.
Mine is an old comment. This property, interior, exterior, furnishings and choice of tile, etc. along with the video presentation are most beautiful. The pacific northwest is beautiful but rainy. I could watch this presentation for hours...well maybe another 45 minutes. Lucky the next buyer.
Not sure I understand why you would want so many dining areas so close together; as in all in the one room. It's also a little too beige for my taste but that garden is to die for.
